I'm not 100% sure I can be online at deadline due to real life social obligations, so if someone else could fill that spot for me, that would be much appreciated.

Obbmud's claim is an easy one; a single Mason is essentially a Vanillager, and if he really is the only one then there is no one who can confirm or deny that he is indeed a Mason. The claim doesn't really give us much to work with, tbh.

By the way, Celever, I don't think having three mafias is possible; even with the maximum amount of Neutrals possible at this moment (2), that would mean 3 Mafia, 2 Neutral, 6 Village, and that would mean village keeps majority over mafia even after a mislynch and a nightkill on the village (3M, 2N, 4V). Unless the game started with 3 neutrals, out of which at least one is/was a recruiter (Compulsive Nymphomaniac, Recruiting Serial Killer), which would make 3 Mafia, 3 Neutral, 5 Village possible, there have to be four or five mafias. Five mafias would mean there are no neutrals (I think).
 
The max number of mafia is only 4. Generally speaking there should be 4 guys around that can side with the mafia currently, if we are indeed at mylo(sticking to me opinion of none of the above examples with neutrals being actual mylos)

There, my favourite scum was Obbmud. Look who's getting lynched right now. I am actually pretty confident with this lynch because he's been one of the most consistent shady people itg. So right now my scumteam would be, in I think the best case scenario for us, LW, Obbmud and Walrein. I think 3 mafias is still possible, right? Now, I don't actually find Pokeguy inherently scummy. Like his not posting is bloody infuriating, but I've tried to express that all of my lynches on him (here's your answer, starwarsfan) are 100% pressure. Because of this, I will unlynch PokeguyNXB. That also means that considering worst case scenario, my scumteam would be LW, Obbmud, Walrein, spiresquire, starwarsfan. Depending on what PokeguyNXB does, he can very easily take the place of starwarsfan. Without any decent/better than absolute shit posts itg we can't really see him slip up or whatever. This is why it is absolutely fucking essential that you post something good tomorrow PokeguyNXB! Like I fucking swear, I can't stand this >_>. Basically I just wanted to get my scumreads out there so that people can clearly read them should I die tonight, just as others have been doing. PokeguyNXB, what are your scumreads?

Right now I am completely in favour of a lynch on Obbmud. However, putting him at L-1 right now would be dumb and idiotic and stupid. So don't. I can be on at deadline, and I think More Cowbell can as well unless something is coming up for him irl so we have the two people ready to hammer if need be.

Just a question Celever . Why does it seem like you ignored my last post? Let me put this simple you: LYNCH ME AND LOSE At the moment I have 4 votes on me: Tesung, SWF, and two votes from nitrox. With the inactivity plaguing this game at the moment, I would like to point out to you that even if More Cowbell was online, he wouldn't really matter anyways because I am surpassing everyone in my vote count.
After the fact that you are blatantly showing that you have ignored my last post about how I am mason, and you show no doubt or remorse other than "I am completely in favor of a lynch on Obbmud". Here, I fixed it for you: "I am completely favored by a lynch on Obbmud". Unlynch Lynch Celever
 
Really, Obbmud, your argument ''I'm village, don't lynch me'' doesn't fly, because everyone in their right mind would claim village. I don't even know if Masons are considered Town or Neutral, since it's possible that a squad of Masons consists of townies as well as mafia. Also, since this is MYLO, we need majority (so 6 votes) to lynch, as shinyskarmory has said before, since the vote would otherwise be more manipulable by mafia (if the highest number of votes count, mafia can just drop all their votes on one person and probably decide the lynch outcome with that, now at least one or two townies are needed to reach a majority).

Right now, Obbmud is not my favourite lynch target (I'd rather lynch someone like starwarsfan or Tesung, for reasons I pointed out on earlier days), but I'm not really opposed to an Obbmud lynch either. It's probably to late to steer the lynch away from Obbmud at this point, so I have peace with that.

I'm getting seriously pissed off by the lack of posts by PokeguyNXB, I consider him a main target for a next lynch as well.

One more thing. To prove that I'm the only mason, is anyone willing to claim mason to prove me wrong. I dare all mason members to claim mason, because I am 100 % certain that I am the only mason member. Since ther are no other mason members, nobody should claim.
 
Yeah, and that's exactly the problem; you have exactly 0 ways to prove you are a mason. Nobody can directly disprove that you are a mason (unless someone has inspected you before), but there is no way for you to prove it either. Since a single mason is essentially a vanillager, how are you going to show that that's your role?

I'll ask you a question. Why would I claim partner less mason when I could have claimed vanilla town. I said I was mason and i had means in which I can prove it. How would I know that there isn't any other masons but me unless I was the only mason .

That... Is a very convincing argument, actually. I can't actually find anything wrong with it, to be honest. If no other masons step forward, then I guess this indeed makes Obbmud clean, right? I doubt there's time to get another lynch on track, and this is probably my last post before deadline, so in that case I'd much prefer a No Lynch over an Obbmud lynch.

I don't know if it's worth anything for the result of the lynch, but No Lynch

Ok, a couple things to point out here:
1) If any of you have ever wanted a good example of OMGUS, look no farther than right here! :p
2) That defense was a little bit shit imo. "I'm a mason with no partners herp derp" was silly. Shinyskarm would probably have helped you fake that role PM, or the mafia has an inspector who found a role PM to that style. Thinking about it, that defense isn't necessarily bad, but like More Cowbell said there is no way to steer the lynch away from you now, and there are a bunch of possibilities which could have let you make that post easily.

4) Can I just ask this: What would you expect a scum who was about to get lynch to do? Say "OK damn, I'm scum, you got me" or to say "Don't lynch me no! You'll lose if you do!" It doesn't matter how much formatting you use, that's still what you just said essentially.
 
Well, I mean mafia do have to take huge punts sometimes. It's a good argument, but remember More Cowbell, that doesn't make him clean. There's 100 possible roles itg - masons only take up 5 of those 100. So there's essentially a 95% chance that there are no masons in this game. It's a gambit for him to have taken, sure, but it's pretty good risk vs reward, really.
 
While it is not directly listed here, it's generally assumed that if the recruiter mason hits an SK or mafia, all masons instantly die, so yeah masons are always town. As for the quality of the claim, it was a pretty bold one, considering it's one of the easiest roles to counter claim(we can have multiple mayors or cops, but we can't have multiple masons who don't have any partners! Claiming other roles with less repeats on the list is less risky and even if cced he can reason he is another one). That being said if we have any other masons around, please do claim!

On the other hand the YOU LOSE defense is pointless, using that as a reasoning is silly, since it's a reaction anyone would have(minus some neutrals).

I do wish we keep the lynch fairly low, we are at the point where mafia could easily hammer, by merely putting 2 more votes on it even now, but bringing it to L-1 would be foolish at this point.
 
Your math is off, Celever; with 15 players the chance of there being masons in the game is considerably higher than 5% (for one player it's 5%, for 15 players it's more (though I can't do the math right now)). The claim doesn't make Obbmud 100% clean, but if no counter-claim follows, he's pretty much confirmed town, and I'd rather opt for a No Lynch than take a chance here.

I was reminding the village on the consequence of MYLO. I don't expect a mafia defense to be much different.
 
I'm gonna unvote, obbmidd gives a good defense. The one thing I will say is that if he was village, surely a mafia member would have claimed mason in irder to discredit him

Confession

Who else are we going to vote, guys? I've admitted that Obbmud's defense is pretty good, but unvoting now isn't sensible when there are several users offline right now. I mean, I understand that we can just no lynch, but I think it was LightWolf who said that the longer we stall the worse it will get, and it has to be said I agree with that now. If we lose the mayor tonight then we are screwed - if there are two mayors and only one dies tonight we are equally as screwed. We need to come up with a lynch and have 6 people bandwagon on it before the end of the day imo. If not then the results could mean that the village loses majority anyway.

Also sorry More Cowbell I can't maths at all ._.
 
If I were to vote for anyone right now it would probably be starwarsfan; I feel he kind of dodged the LightWolf vs. Celever discussion altogether, and the posts that he did make today were short and usually added nothing new. So far, during the game, he has been active enough to avoid accusations of inactivity, but never was really active and his posts overall felt empty.
 
I find that it's not actually a bad defense. It would be a pretty risky claim... but I agree that we need to find another lynch target or No Lynch. I suppose that an extension would be impossible.

I second MC that my second choice lynch would be starwarsfan, though.

I probably shouldn't have phrased that better. I'm keeping my vote on obbmud for the moment just in case we can't decide, but I'm perfectly willing to vote swf or tesung if we think that we can get 6 votes. I have to leave at 12:30, so let's get this done fast (I can be on a little bit before deadline, though).
 
I feel at this point we are gonna be jumping around too much and just make tons of people claim their roles and get it revealed to the mafia to make better night plans while not actually lynching someone... Really doesn't look like we'd settle on anyone right now, even if I agree with a swf lynch.
 
I legitimately feel like swf and tesung are both noobtown for reasons stated before, however I also feel like trusting you guys and lynching someone today would be better than going into LYLO and getting stealthed or whatever would happen. Basically, I feel that we should find a target today, and I believe that said target should be one which the players agrees with generally, and you should lynch even if you don't really believe it unless you are really REALLY against it like Ace or More, in my case. Or myself :p.
