2. Kiloude City in the Pokemon Gym. There is an IV judge there. The IV judge will tell you if any of your Pokemon have 0 or 31 IVs.

1. Shiny Value can be checked through the use of Powersaves. You need a Pokemon caught with your OT. You can also trade such Pokemon to anyone with the device and they can tell your TSV from it.
2. It's located in the Pokemon Center at Kiloude City (post E4). Also HP checker is in Anistar city btw.

Just in case you aren't aware, Foul Play is a transfer only move on foongus, not an egg move so it can't be passed down if you plan on breeding from a spitback.

I'm looking for some Trick Room Pokemon. Anything with the proper IV spread, but with 0 speed IVs, or just the female with 0 speed if that's what you have.

I have a Corphish in my thread (bred by awiec if you wanted to get it off her), it's a Trick Room spread. No-Redis though.

It's the Town/Dot on the Southeast corner of the map. It's actually near the first town, you can only access it through the train station in Lumiose city after beating the game, after that you cna fly there whenever.
