Is this Timid HP Grass Moltres worth keeping?

Timid 31/20/31/28/11/31

I only ask because the suggested spread was 31/Odd/31/Even 26+/Odd 25+/31
Toss.

For reference:
when I was soft resetting my moltres I kept this one: Timid 25/12/31/22/31/31 HP Grass. I didn't really feel like resetting anymore.

Now that I look at it it is really not that good^^ Just aim 25+ in every used stat and you should be good.

I kept a timid one with 24/x/31/31/28/18 because I thought 157 was his max speed at that level and saved right away. It was 167. I was tired

Need help transferring 4 eggs and 1 Pokemon between my versions. Offering a 31/x/31/31/31/31 Timid Blaze Fennekin w/ Heat Wave and Hypnosis in exchange for assistance. PM me if you can help :).

I have a Regirock Lv 100, perfect IVs and EV trained that I got from the GTS in White, and have managed to use the pokebank to transfer it up to pokemon X. (I thought it might be hacked, but I guess not... I was wondering if I could get an IV bred Kangaskhan or Talonflame(with gale wings(Can also just be a flethcling... Not afraid to EV train) for it. Willing to negotiate for other pokemon if somebody wants a Regirock...
His IV pool is 31 all the way
252 HP/252 Sp Def/4 Atk
Movepool: Sunny Day, Stealth Rock, Rock Slide, Fire punch

Question: I still have to RNG Cresselia on Black2. I already have a shiny HP Fire Bold one, and a regular Bold One.
Was thinking of getting one with HP Fighting, (shiny), but should I go Bold, Calm, Modest or Timid?

Is it legal to have both power whip and weather ball on Victreebel in Gen 6? As it apparently wasn't in Gen V.

"Hidden Power Fire acts as a pseudo-STAB in place of Weather Ball, which is illegal alongside Power Whip." - http://www.smogon.com/bw/pokemon/victreebel/ou

EDIT: Nearly forgot, is it worth aiming for 31/31/31/31/31/31 for a mixed Victreebel to get as much out of SpD and Def as possible or not?

Go for a TR one :-)
Oooh nice :D should I do Quiet or Sassy then? With HP fighting right?;)

They are both egg moves in gen 6, so it's possible.

Its always worth it to go for 6iv on a mixed attacker

With Hidden Power's nerf, there isn't much point, but if you really want to do an HP, I'd do HP Fire, since Escavalier and Scizor are two Pokemon that can actually threaten to OHKO it (Tyranitar can too, but HP Fighting won't kill it).

Edit: A few calcs

252+ SpA Cresselia Hidden Power Fighting vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Tyranitar in Sand: 136-160 (33.6 - 39.6%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
252+ SpA Cresselia Hidden Power Fighting vs. 4 HP / 4 SpD Tyranitar in Sand: 136-160 (39.7 - 46.7%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
252+ SpA Cresselia Hidden Power Fighting vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Mega Tyranitar in Sand: 116-140 (28.7 - 34.6%) -- 4.6% chance to 3HKO
252+ SpA Cresselia Hidden Power Fighting vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Mega Tyranitar in Sand: 116-140 (33.9 - 40.9%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
252+ SpA Cresselia Hidden Power Fire vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Scizor: 240-284 (69.7 - 82.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ SpA Cresselia Hidden Power Fire vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Mega Scizor: 200-236 (58.1 - 68.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ SpA Cresselia Hidden Power Fire vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Assault Vest Escavalier: 132-156 (38.3 - 45.3%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

Wow, Cresselia is fucking weak.

Hi, people. I'm looking for any hidden ability (infiltrator) Spiritomb or any Beldum. While my list of Pokemon that I can trade isn't particularly impressive, I'm willing to put in effort to catch/breed/etc. any Pokemon that you want in return.

When catching the legendary birds, are their natures/IVs determined when they start roaming, or when you go to Sea Spirit's Den?

If it's the latter, is this worth keeping, or should I SR?

Only determined when in the Spirit's Den.

Keep SR'ing. Should aim for +25 in anything but attack, 31 in Speed as well.
