Need: scyther with defog (no matter ivs, nature ecc...), flaweless timid pichu with hp ice .

Offer: shinies, 5 iv pokemon (all the megas for example), items ecc.. just ask.

Does anyone have a spare Mandibuzz and/or Tornadus they can trade to my White cartridge (GTS isn't reliable)? They are the only two Pokemon I need to complete my Pokedex, and the end of the Nintendo DS Wi-Fi servers is coming up very soon.

I don't care about the stats, IVs, etc., and I don't really have much to offer. Any random Mandibuzz and/or Tornadus is fine. Please PM if you can do this.

Best ball for shiny Cobalion and shiny Terrakion?

OK, so now I am gonna RNG Cobalion. Should I go Naive HP Ice or Naive HP Rock?
Was thinking HP Rock for Talonflame, though I know it gets Stone Edge.
Input?

Hello guys, I'm breeding a Timid Lightning Rod Mega Manetric and I'd like to know how can I make it to get HP Ice?

Thank you!

If I'm not mistaken, you'll just have to find another Pokemon with a 30IV in Defense and breed it onto the Manectric. idk anything about Manectric off the bat, but I'm assuming it's a special attacker so once you get the 30IV in Defense, just keep breeding until you get an even number in Attack and assuming it has perfect IVs in all other stats, it should be good.

In my opinion HP Ice > Hp Rock since as you already mentioned it gets Stone Edge. Also HP Ice hits Garchomp, Gliscor and Landorous for 4x Damage.

Cause I just bred a 31.x.31.31.31.31 and I think it got HP Dragon (Flabébé was immune to the attack)

Yep, see the Hidden Power IV calculations on the beginning of this page, it'll tell you what IVs you need for HP Ice. 31.x.31.31.31.31 will always be either Dragon or Dark.

so if I recall correctly in gen 4 the max amount of perfect stats a pokemon can have is 4 right so if I were to do a breeding project in gen4 for skarmory then it could only have 4 perfect Ivs right

Nooo.. a pokemon in gen 4 can have 6 perfect IVs with the correct natures. It can have 5 IVs with any nature.
