Both are good. Toxic + Wide lens (to avoid random misses) would be faster since you wouldn't need to switch to your tracer every time. For other Horde battle where you can't easily tell the ability Trace is the way to go (just remember it always copies the ability of the Pokemon on the left side).
Worry Seed is better than Trace for everything else (Worry Seed+Sweet Scent Venusaur > all)

No, it does not require Wifi

LF male skarmory, aerodactyl, or archeops with stealth rock. IVs, nature, and other moves do not matter
Just saying, only Skarmory gets Stealth Rock as an egg move, Stealth Rock Aerodactyl and Archeops are only available through transfer. So IVs would most definitely matter :p.

Another good way (to find any HA tbh) is Worry seed
In addition to what user dozer said, you can also use Entrainment.
For Wynaut, I find regular breeding to be a bit easier. Really, for anything not HP or 6 IV, regular breeding is easier. In this case, you can bulk hatch the eggs and check natures, plus Wobbufet has no use for attacking stats.
I don't have a perfect female to work with is the thing. I have two different 4IVs that I actually caught and bred myself, through time travel / safari.
Also, does anyone have a 0/0/0/0/0/0 Magikarp female they could spare? I could really use it.
Why do you need an all 0 IV Magikarp?
For time travel breeding. I need to see which IVs will be passed down from which parents on the next egg. I have a 6IV Magikarp, so if I bring the child of the 6 perfect and 6 null to the IV checker, he'll tell me which are which. I can check the IVs using an IV calc + Battle plaza whatever, but just having the NPC tell me saves a lot of time.
I personally find time machine breeding utterly useless if you're breeding for straight 5IV. Just keep breeding your male and female, and you'll get a 5IV in no time.
