16 pages in just over 1 day is insane. Maybe you should request a lock on the thread so you can let it cool off and you straighten stuff out.

Okay, so now everyone may submit a mega for Raticate and Wigglytuff? Cool, gotta try that.

Raticate
Normal ---> Normal/Poison
Run Away/Guts/Hustle ---> Technician
55/81/60/50/70/97 ---> 55/131/80/50/90/107
Moves: +Bulldoze, +Poison Fang, +Shadow Sneak, +Gastro Acid

Following Eevee General's idea and acestriker's submission. I don't like messing TOO much with speed tiers, so I took it down a notch and gave it more Attack and bulkiness. I also tried to give it some new coverage (even though it already has Quick Attack) and an utility move.

I'm trying to cook something for Wiggly but jeez, could her stats be any shittier.

What happened to only focusing on one batch at a time? It's not making it any easier for acestriker19 to get this organized if people keep adding new megas before discussion has ended.

Yeah this thread is an absolute mess right now if you have a good mega idea for a mon that has already been reserved please be paitent I'll get to it eventually. Any Mega suggestion that is not Wigglytuff, Nidoking, Clefable or Raticate is being ignored so it doesn't do you any good to post them right now please wait until we get to those mons, If you finished a mon you already reserved PM me your finished product and I'll give a look.

I might lock this thread if people keep not understanding the new system I need this thread to be slower so that I can work on balancing and not have to stare my screen for 7 hours each day please understand that I love that this thread has gotten so much feedback and energy but its just too difficult for me to keep going with the system we have in place and the end product would not be the metagame we would want in the end it would terribly unbalanced and just not very fun at all.

Is Gourgeist taken already? If not, then I'll take it.
No more reserving Pokemon. If you've already reserved a Pokemon, you can finish it, but now only

Hang on, I just had a submission rejected the other day because it required adding new pokemon into the pokedex, and TheImmortal said that was impossible. What makes this different?
(BTW reserving Smeargle, Touros, and Snorlax)
it's not impossible, and immortal should know that of all people. kalos 2's original beta involved programming in diancie from scratch before it was on main and it worked for example

Mega Raticate (Raticatite)
Normal ----> Dark
Run Away/Guts/Hustle ----> Trickery (All non-status moves get +0.5 Priority)
55/81/60/50/70/97 (413) ---> 55/126/90/60/80/102 (513)

Gives Mega Raticate a niche as a revenge killer

Y If you finished a mon you already reserved PM me your finished product and I'll give a look.
Does this apply to just Raticate/ Clefable/ Nidoking/Other unmentionable wiggly puff of abominaty(is that a word?)? Because i reserved Gliscor, and i don't want to wait forever for people to get smart. So if no(or yes), i'm all for locking the thread, and removing the useless posts.

I don't know, creating a new ability is one thing, but creating a whole new priority bracket is another. I'm not sure how they'd even program that if this becomes a ladder.

Any mon you've reserved before reservations were locked.
IDK if I got Gliscor on time. either way, i'll just OM him my set and ask.
EDIT:

Ummm, they just give it the Custap Berry effect. Also FaStabmons.
EDIT2: Greninja'd by Throh.

Okay, I'll do this more "Proper" per say (Honestly derped when making that post):

Mega Gourgeist (Not sure if one mega applies to all formes, unless I forgot for some reason) (Gourgeite)
Grass/Ghost to Grass/Poison
Pickup/Frisk/Insomia -------> Venom Vines (An Iron Barbs clone except with special moves causing the damage to the opponent instead of contact moves)
65/90/122/58/75/84 (494) ------> 65/150/122/103/100/54 (594)
Movepool Additions: Flare Blitz, Poison Jab, Synthesis

Mainly, giving Gourgeist recovery and a decent defensive ability and typing. Increased it's special bulk and attack for some reason. Basically it looks like a bigger Gourgeist with spiny thorns all around it's "pumpkin-half" or whatever (And lets just say it loses mobility, explaining the speed decrease). To separate it from Mega Venu I made it more of an offensive tank with 150 base attack (Not sure on if that's overkill or not).

lopunny.gif

Normal > Normal
BST: 65/76/84/54/96/105 > Mega BST: 65/96/104/84/126/105 (+20 Atk, 20 Def, 30 SpA, 30 SpD)
Ability: Cute Charm/Klutz/Limber > Prankster
New moves: Tickle, Block, Yawn, Nasty Plot, Bulk Up, Wish, Hyper Voice (as an egg move, it gets it through Gen 5 tutors, but in case it's illegal with a new egg move)

Lopunny is kinda weird, having a large movepool, with a lot of various support options, but at the same time, have crappy defenses, and even worse offenses. With the new mega form, and the stat upgrades, it allows it to run multiple different sets, without being extremely powerful. It has enough of a stat increase in its offenses to make it somewhat of a threat, especially with priority Bulk Up and Nasty Plot, but it's not incredibly threatening without boosts to its stats, and it doesn't get a speed increase, which makes it vulnerable to faster threats.

On the defensive side, however, it can take advantage of its huge support movepool, and improved defenses, with options like Encore, Tickle, Charm, Cosmic Power, Thunder Wave, Magic Coat, Yawn, and so on allowing it to mess around with a variety of Pokemon. Unfortunately, it doesn't get any recovery outside of Rest, but it can provide a lot of team support by forcing switches with Yawn, spamming Thunder Wave, Encoring Pokemon trying to set up, or using Block + Tickle + Yawn to guarantee one of your own Pokemon a turn to set up, which can be devastating if done at the right moment.

Edit: added Wish to its moves, as base 65 HP isn't exactly broken with Wish.

Edit 2: A few sample sets:

Lopunny @ Lopunnite(?)
Timid, 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
~ Nasty Plot
~ Hyper Voice
~ Ice Beam / Shadow Ball
~ Thunderbolt / Focus Blast

Simple set, Nasty Plot to boost SpA, Hyper Voice as stab (which reminds me, should add that to list of new moves it gets as an egg move), Ice Beam and Thunderbolt provide good coverage, and allow it to hit various Normal resists. For other options, Shadow Ball allows it to hit ghost types hard, and Focus Blast gives it an option to hits Steel/Rock types hard, with the two getting good coverage together.

Lopunny @ Lopunnite
Hasty or Naive, 128 Atk / 128 SpA / 252 Spe (too lazy to look up optimal EVs)
~ Bulk Up
~ Return
~ Sky Uppercut
~ Shadow Ball (to hit Ghost types) / Thunder Wave / Yawn

Return as STAB, Sky Uppercut to hit Steel/Rock types, Shadow Ball to hit ghost types that try and switch in (although it's not very strong). Alternately, you can run Thunder Wave or Yawn to cripple ghost switch ins instead.
Dear, Punny is reserved by me. Not to mention I have to again say that I reserved Clefable before.
