You could use master ball since it matches the shiny darkrai's color scheme imo.

What about Shiny Shaymin, which will be RNG'd with the same spread? Dive perhaps?
Scolipede, you can get speed boosts from it as well.
Scoilopede can pass sword dance as well, as long as the lead isn't a talonflame
Yes, or you could use premier. There aren't that many options for shiny shaymin IMO tho.

Hey buddy! I have this Cobalion. Here's the link: https://www.pokecheck.org/?pk=10070020 But the problem is that I can't clone anymore on Gen 5 (because of the Wi-Fi shutdown, and I use Pokecheck for cloning). I transferred only one Cobalion on Gen 6, and if you can clone I'd give it to you.
Just finished my HP Fire Bulbasaur project, settled with a 31/2/31/30/31/28 Male (cause putting 8 more speed EV's isn't enough to fuss about ;p).
A thanks to BlueSinceGen1 who provided me with the original 31/31/31/x/x/31 female that started this.
I do have 4 leftover fathers that should be a nice basis for anyone who lacks cloned/RNG'd HP Dittos like I did (so you'd still need a female, unless you don't care for ball or its HA).
All I ask in return are neat ball'd females that I lack (IV's don't matter).

You're better off looking on reddit, more TSVs are uploaded everyday. I found a match for 1,2 that is active already. If you want a shiny you're going to have to look through all channels possible. Here is gamfaqs TSV doc if you want to look there too.
