OU Offensive Team (Dominance)

Hi people, this has been a really interesting team for me to use and I hope you can see where improves could be made. This is an offensive team build that I have made and it has been relatively effective for me. I would like you to take this time to peer at my team and give your rate please.
Team Overview

Excadrill Air Balloon
Ability: Mold Breaker
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP

Moves
-Stealth Rock
-Rock Slide
-Rapid Spin
-Earthquake

Excadrill is my lead who sets up stealth rocks that help to wear down the opposing Pokémon. Rock Slide is for coverage against flying types and most notably gives a 4x damage to fire/flying types like Charizard. Rapid Spin is for clearing up hazards that the opposing Pokemon sets up. The worse thing about using rapid spin is the fear of a spin blocker switching in on my Excadrill thus making rapid spin fail. Earthquake is for STAB and can deal sufficient damage to a few Pokemon. Earthquake is especially good at hitting fire types and steel types for super effective damage.

Dragonite@Weakness Policy
Ability: Multiscale
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP

Moves
-Extremespeed
-Fire Punch
-Dragon Dance
-Dragon Claw

Dragonite is my sweeper who would normally setup dragon dances to increase its already high attack stat. Extremespeed is for priority so that it can knock out Pokémon with low health or frail Pokemon.
Fire Punch is used for coverage against the likes of Ferrothorn and Scizor etc. I also feel that Fire Punch is the least expected move in the move slot as opponents won't expect it.
Dragon Dance is generally needed for Dragonite to gain that +1 Attack and +1 Speed boost that it should use to be even more threatening. I opted for Dragon Claw over Outrage because I dislike how Dragonite is locked in for 2-3 moves with Outrage which can be exploited by the opponent. Dragon Claw in my opinion is more reliable to use than Outrage. Weakness Policy item is amazing at getting a +2 in attack and +2 in sp.attack because it makes Dragonite bite back extra hard at opposing Pokemon.

Greninja Life Orb
Ability: Protean
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 Sp.Atk / 252 Spe / 4 Sp.Def

Moves
-Hydro Pump
-Ice Beam
-Dark Pulse
-HP Grass

Greninja is the special sweeper in the team and I have to say Greninja is my favourite Pokémon in this team because he has so much coverage and the Protean ability is so easily abused.
Hydro Pump has STAB as well as hitting hard against those fire types such as Talonflame and Heatran.Ice Beam also gets STAB and is amazing against Dragons especially against the likes of Garchomp and Dragonite. Dark Pulse gets STAB and is awesome at hitting Pokémon like Aegislash hard and also this does neutral damage to many steel types that previously would've troubled it. HP Grass has the final move slot as I needed grass type coverage and this is ideal for hitting Pokémon like Rotom-Wash hard.
Talonflame Life Orb
Ability: Gale Wings
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP

Moves
-Brave Bird
-Roost
-Flare Blitz
-U-turn

Here it is, one of the most evil threats out there for many unprepared teams, it's Talonflame. Just hearing its name might make you remember how it can out speed most Pokémon with its devastating ability, Gale Wings which gives priority to all flying type moves. Talonflame is used for revenge killing.
Not only that but it has Brave Bird which I have to have in the move slot because it's a STAB move and gets priority due to Gale Wings.Roost also gains priority which is excellent if you want quick recovery and that's just why I chose this move.Flare Blitz has STAB which really does hit those steel types where it hurts. Steel types like Ferrothorn and Scizor can't deal with it.U-turn is the last move in the move slot and is debatable between u-turn and steel wing but I preferred u-turn. This is because I can gain momentum on the opposing team and this is vital for my team.

Venusaur @Venusaurite
Ability: Chlorophyll / Thick Fat (Mega Venusaur)
Nature: Modest
EVs: 252 HP / 192 Def / 48 Sp.Atk / 16 Spe

Moves
-Giga Drain
-Synthesis
-Sleep Powder
-Sludge Bomb

Giga Drain is a really effective STAB attack that also heals Venusaur's HP and so this is a pretty standard move to go for. Synthesis is for reliable recovery except for the odd chance that the weather changes to hail or ran and then synthesis isn't as effective at healing Venusaur's HP. Sleep Powder may not be the most reliable sleep inducing moves but it can save me from tough spots and can allow me to setup with another Pokemon by getting a safe switch in. Sludge Bomb is for countering fairy types and other uncommon grass types. Fairies are beaten to death by Venusaur because of its typing and because of STAB sludge bomb. Mega Venusaur is even more bulkier than before because of its higher stats from the mega evolution itself and because of the thick fat ability which helps it resist fire and ice type moves which can help it a whole lot. Mega Venusaur checks common fairy types such as Azumarill.

Terrakion @Choice Scarf

Ability: Justified
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP

Moves
-Stone Edge
-Earthquake
-Close Combat
-Sacred Sword

Terrakion is my physical sweeper who really does the job providing it is used properly. Stone Edge gives STAB although it hasn't got reliable accuracy it does do enormous amounts of damage even when Terrakion is scarfed. Stone Edge finishes off both Charizard X or Y that are now prominent in OU.
Earthquake is mainly used for electric types such as Jolteon, Magnezone and Manectric and the Aegislash that are more common in OU.
Close Combat is an excellent STAB move for Terrakion to crush most Pokémon with 2HKOs or OHKOs.
Sacred Sword has no drawback in defence drops such as was the case with Close Combat.

Thank you for taking the time to read through my balanced team build. I hope to receive advice on my team so that any improvements can be made to it.

Looks like an offensive team to me. I run a suicide lead excadrill and I would recommend 4 hp/252 attack/252 speed adamant @ focus sash, stealth rocks/rapid spin/earthquake/rock tomb. Sash lets you use rock tomb to slow down faster leads such as greninja or thundurus so you can set up stealth rocks or kill them. Sash also lets you beat lead talons/zards that try to OHKO you.

I would run jolly terrakion to kill Deoxys S but im really not that familiar with terrakion.

I would run talonflame with sharp beak instead of life orb; you get almost as much damage without recoil. You can replace roost with will o wisp or tailwind since you dont really roost much anyways

If you're gonna run a suicide lead Excadrill, then I don't see the point in running Rapid Spin. You wont have the change to spin away! Better off giving it Iron Head, I think.

At OP, I'm pretty happy with the rest of your Pokes. I suppose the only problem I have is if you sack Excadrill too early, you'll have lost your only Spinner and then that will leave you crippled by Stealth Rocks. Rocks hurt Talonflame badly and breaks Dnite's Multiscale, potentially preventing you from abusing that nice Weakness Policy boost. I think you should find a more durable spinner; either that or just play your Excadrill more conservatively. I get that it's an offensive team, but you really don't want to have Rocks on your side of the field.

Hi, I promised I would rate your team, so here I am. First off, change the 4 EVs from HP on Talonflame and Dragonite to Special Defense because having an odd number of Defense lets you switch in to Stealth Rocks on more time. For example, Talonflame, who is usually 2HKO'd (lol) by rocks, would live at 1% on its second switch in. Your Dragonite set seems a bit ineffective. I changed it to a Choice Scarf, Moxie Salamence who wrecks! Watch the third replay. This is the Salamence set ...
Salamence @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Moxie
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Claw
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
...
Now that your team is off balance on the Physical and Special spectrum, replacing Terrakion for Landorus would seem like a good choice because we also have no need for Terrakion's Choice Scarf. Landorus can easily set up and sweep opposing teams 6 - 0 if it is given the right support.
...
Landorus (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Calm Mind
- Psychic
- Earth Power
- Focus Blast

That's all, otherwise it is a very nicely built team. I'm not too sure about Landorus, I don't use him much.

Suggested excadrill as suicide lead since OP uses excadrill as a suicide lead. The exca definitely gets the opp to spin away rocks with focus sash and rock tomb, though a backup spinner or defogger would be recommended here.
