Also, to everyone. I am currently on a run to capture 6 pokemon in apricorn balls on my SS cart. Now, 2 of those spots are occupated by awiec's heavy ball vulpix and a lure ball Houndour I'll be catching. So that leaves 4 open spots. So if anyone wants me to them a female in a certain ball, let me know :3. Only rules are 1 poke per user, and it has to be pokes that I can catch in SS. Also, I would like to include no swarm pokes, as those are a bitch to go after. However, hoenn and sinnoh sounds pokemon are fine :D

Everything looks fine except for spdef. Since that's the stat your boosting, you should really aim for it to have perfect spdef, or at least 28+ IMO
How long would this take? Would you be able to trade them by Friday?

As for zygarde, I believe Buckert has the perfect smeargle to help with zygarde. As for moltres, I am not sure about that. Maybe just a bulky pokemon to ensure you don't de too quickly lol.

What I like to do is this. Think of the nature you want for Moltres and Zygarde. After you decided on the nature you want then look at the speed that Moltres and Zygarde hit with that nature (for example; Timid Moltres has 167 speed) then (somehow) get a Pokemon with one less speed with an ability that announces itself at the start of the battle (like pressure, mold breaker, etc).
When you start the encounter check if your Pokemon's ability flashes first. If it did then that means your Pokemon is faster and that the Moltres/Zygarde you just encountered have subpar speed IVs.
Also I would play around with the damage calculator (http://pokemonshowdown.com/damagecalc/). Damage rolls makes it somewhat inconsistent but it can help. If you can, try and attack the Moltres/Zygarde with an attack that shouldn't do over 50% to a 31 HP/Def/SDef Moltres/Zygarde... if it does over 50% then you know the Moltres/Zygarde have subpar HP/Def/SDef IVs
I don't know if you understood all that, since my writing really sucks but here's an example. For Moltres my aim was to get a Modest Moltres with 31/x/31/31/31/31 IVs. I looked through my ingame team and saw that my ingame Gardevoir (with Trace!) barely had enough speed (had like 141 speed, just super trained it a few in speed to get that to 151 as Modest Moltres has 152 speed with 31 IVs.)
I also noticed that Psyshock did 49.3% max to a Moltres with 31 HP/Def IVs, knowing this, I can safety use Psyshock once and if it over 50% then that Moltres sucked balls.
Then I looked at the attacks Moltres get at that level (Air Slash and Heat Wave), I look at how much damage its suppose to do to my Gardevoir. If it did less damage than what the calculator told me, then I know it has lower than 31 Special Attack IVs.
Under a hour doing this I got a 31/16/31/26/31/31 Moltres, stop since I was getting bored and kept that Moltres.
(I hope you understood what I was trying to say, lol)
When I was SR'ing for a Timid Moltres, I would automatically toss if it didn't have a perfect speed stat. Since you're going for Specially defensive, I would recommend tossing any without 31 in Sp Def. I know it's a tedious road, but believe me, once you get one you know it's a keeper it's more than worthwhile.
I would always bring something with False Swipe. For Moltres, I brought someone to ensure it getting status'd before it safeguarded (Prankster Thundy) and a bulky water-type. Those three worked out quite well for me.
