I would say Impish as it can be used for both sets,other wise you could do careful to make it more of a mixed wall

What defines a hacked pokemon?
Would a Hoenn-cloned pokemon be considered a hack?
What if I were to make a pokemon that was legal in every aspect, and had random IVs?
Or bred from a pokemon with hacked IVs?
What if I were to breed a 31/31/31/xx/31/31 pokemon in Kalos, a Pawniard for example, but then created a duplicate in Unova so that it could be taught Knock Off, using shards? In that way, I would have put in the work required for a Kalos pokemon, but was able to use a Unova move tutor.
What if I'm aware that a may be pokemon is hacked, and offer to trade it, but provide a warning that it is or may be hacked, and give the reasons why I think it's hacked?
I want to start trading, but I’m aware that some of the pokémon that I’ll receive may be hacks, and if I notice it, I don’t want to lose trading stock because of it. I also have a few shinies back in emerald that I want to be able to offer as a consistent stock item. On top of that, I made it a point to get a perfect ditto from PokeCheck into a Unova game before the Wifi shutdown so that I could at least breed somewhat viably in a way to have access to tutors, particularly Knock Off and Stealth Rock.
I was reading the list of blacklisted users, and it seems that quite a few of them were blacklisted for offering hacked pokémon, but it doesn’t say whether they warned that it was hacked beforehand or not.

Alright, so that answers the "legal" pokemon question? I guess? I'm not disputing that using external devices is hacking, I didn't say that it wasn't, and that's not what I asked. Primarily, I'm wondering if it's illegal to offer pokemon that I know or think may be hacked, even if I warn that they are or may be hacked, and where Hoenn cloning falls.
Hacks cannot be traded here. Peroid.
Try here to read up on what some basic ways to spots hacks or even ask if something is a hack:

Cloning is fine (if cloning other people's pokemon be sure it has Full Redistribution). Just state that something is cloned before trading.
If you know or think they might be hacked, don't trade them.
As far as cloning goes, Smogon doesn't really care as long as it's a legal clone of a legitimate pokemon, although you'll want to state the method you used to clone it.

I have a question: why people prefer Vaporeon on OU and not Alomomola? Like Alomomola has a much better hp and def stat and can offer the similar rolles that vaporeon does.
She can learn wish,toxic,even knock off! If the reason Alomomola isn't really in use is because of his sp def stat so it kind of suck to have 45 at tgat while vaporeon can offer a mixed wall,but on the physical water bulky pokemon i think Alomomola is better no?

Water Absorb is rad for Vaporeon.
Ho right but i think that regenerator/healer is pretty good as well right?
