Rage Quit Team

RATE MY TEAM / GIVE SUGGESTIONS

togekiss.gif

Togekiss @ leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 160 HP / 136 Def / 172 SAtk / 40 Spe
Modest nature
- Air Slash
- Fire Blast
- Heal Bell
- Roost

The backbone of the team. Used to either heal bell my team for statuses or taking down mainly any type of pokemon since air slash usually does decent amount of neutral damage while usually causing flinching. Fire blast for the grass or ice types (breloom or mamoswine), followed by roost when needed. Fire blast is used for skarmory and aggron.

froslass.gif

Froslass @ focus sash
Ability: Cursed Body
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SAtk / 252 Spe
Timid nature
- Icy Wind
- Spikes
- Taunt
- Destiny Bond

Usually my opener to use taunt on suspected hazard users, followed by laying spikes down. If they out speed me icy wind is used to lower speed, followed by destiny bond before I faint to take them down. Priority moves can be a hassle sometimes due to not destiny bonding before they hit me, resulting in a wasted KO. Cursed body is useful for Disabling moves after using taunt usually forcing them to switch out giving me an extra spike up.

jirachi.gif

Jirachi @ leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 224 SDef / 32 Spe
Careful nature
- Iron head
- Body slam
- Wish
- U-turn

Jirachi is my baby. It has HUGE SpDef able to take on most hits. People always get mad at the body slamming/iron head tactic. Body slam to paralyze, iron head to flinch almost every hit until they die. U-turn is useful to deal decent damage on gardevoir, medicham, and breloom, and used for a successful Wish onto another teammate.

thundurus.gif

Thunderus @ leftovers
Ability: Prankster
Evs: 134 Atk / 124 SAtk / 252 Spe
Hasty nature
- Thunderbolt
- Thunderwave
- Hidden power Ice
- Superpower

Thunderus is mainly used to take down Blissey with one hit using superpower. Thunderbolt is used for many flying/dragon types (Charizard Y/Dragonite) as well as ice for the grass/flying (Breloom). Thunderwave is used to outspeed most pokemon.

excadrill.gif

Excadrill @ air balloon
Ability: Mold Breaker
Evs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spe
Jolly nature
- Earthquake
- Rock slide
- Stealth rocks
- Rapid spin

Excadrill is used as my support for rapid spinning hazards off the field and putting up stealth rocks. Rock slide is used to deal with most flying types (dragonite/talonflame/togekiss) while using earthquake for tyranitar, also used for gengar since its the only move that does decent damage to it.

If anyone knows a better set to deal with Gengar hit me up

gyarados-f.gif

Gyarados @ leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
Evs: 248 HP / 76 Atk / 168 Def / 16 Spe
Impish nature
- Waterfall
- Substitute
- Roar
- Thunderwave

Gyarados is used a physical wall with high HP and Def also providing paralysis support for the team. Roar is used to take out threats that get cocky boosting their attack. Waterfall is used for a good STAB move against opponents.

THREATS

gengar.gif

Usually 1 ko hits Excadrill, and Jirachi. Can paralyze but still a problem.

I'm my opinion togekiss has a very weird stat distribution. It looks like a bulky sweeper so I suggest 252HP, 252Satk and 4 spdefense/def. also your jirachi's moveset makes it a bulky/fast sweeper. Give it more atk evs or change it moves to be more stalling. You might want to consider changing froslass as it extremely frail. Looking at your team froslass is not necessary as if you want to set up spikes you have many other options such as ferrerothron. I feel that spikes is not needed all the time so you should work on countering that gengar threat. I suggest greninja as it is faster that gengar and due to its protean ability it can be an ice or dark (ghost) type and it can set up spikes. Either way this is a very good team at the least. Btw this is a suggestion I'm not forcing you to do what I tell you to it is completely up to you.

Hey, I like this team, however I agree that you could replace froslass. If you want a pokemon who performs a similar role and can functions as a lead I'd suggest Klefki. Klefki can lower opponents speed with thunderwave, set up spikes like frosslass, run taunt, and a variety of other moves. The beautiful thing about Klefki is that all of his none attacking moves are priority due to prankster. He's also quite deceivingly bulky and can last well into the match as opposed to froslass.

Thats a great suggestion I would have to try it. I like having icy wind on froslass and klefki has a ground weakness when I already have a jirachi and an excadrill. I'd be defeated pretty easily with an earthquake
