Just to confirm my reason for asking for 1 Speed was Trick Room + Hidden Power [iirc 3 used to be better when Hidden Power's base power varied but that's not a factor anymore]. Still waiting for it. :(

Only once. It was a Modest Mespy with ~20 Speed EVs to get a jump on bulky Gyara, Dragonite, and Milotic out of TR since I had a smidgen of extra EVs when making the set.
