Please find one instead of asking everyone yourself and when you do find one that isn't reserved, then make a convincing argument as to why that Pokemon deserves an analysis.
I would like to reserve Articuno. I know it has uncommon resistances, a bad typing, 4 weaknesses, a bad movepool, and takes 1/2 from SR, but hear me out. Articuno has a base 90 HP stat and a 125 Special Defense stat. That right there is already a recipe for a good special wall. Add in reliable recovery in Roost and a great stalling ability, Pressure, as well as solid STABs in Ice Beam and Hurricane aided by a 95 Special Attack, along with a pretty good 100 Defense and a decent 85 Speed to boot, and you've got yourself a specially defensive behemoth capable of stalling out the opposition, and when supported by a spinner and entry hazards, it becomes a surprisingly frightening phazer. Maybe I'm overhyping it a little, as its flaws are big and it requires more support than some other Pokemon, but Articuno is certainly viable in RU and deserves an analysis. If you guys agree, just give me the go and I'll get right to work.
Worldtour I was just about to continue working on my analyses when Windows 8 proved to me once again that it is literally Hitler by magically shutting down without asking me and taking literal forever to configure some uncalled dor updates, and considering I don't have time for this tomorrow, would you mind if I' make skeletons monday?
Also, considering chan is only getting an analysis because it is ru by usage, it might be wise to delay a skeleton till the new usage stats arrive, to ensure that no work is done for naught.

Since NU is still an unofficial metagame, RU <-> NU changes (as in hitmonchan (if the ladder players start having a brain)) will still happen each month until September, at which point they will only happen every 3 months :o
I see Whimsicott is free since RotomPoison apparently dropped it, can I reserve it?
I'm pretty sure he means shuckle being banned from RU, sticky web teams are ridiculously powerful.

Is Hariyama worthy of an analysis? It makes a good special tank with Assault vest and has two abilities that complement its abilities as a tank in Thick Fat and Guts.
Hariyama is definitely worth an analysis IMO. It's very bulky and powerful, has a great offensive movepool, and can check a lot of stuff in the meta while acting as a status absorber for the team. It can even run a viable RestTalk set and benefited greatly from the buff to Knock Off. It doesn't have any huge standout flaws and has great upside so I think it warrants an analysis for sure.
