Diancie hasn't even been released in Japan yet, so any Diancie being traded anywhere currently is fake :P

According to serebii the ID that's arriving for Diancie on July 19th is 07194. Looks like the one you saw was an unreleased event that someone ripped off with Powersaves.

If that's actually true, it's still a hack because the Japanese Diancie will have a Japanese name.
