It should... but idk. I haven't used Golduck enough to know.

I've got a quick one. I've bred for a good Treecko to use as a special sweeper. My moveset idea was Crunch, Dragonbreath, Leaf Blade, and Thunderpunch. However, I just discovered I have an HP Ice of 66/67. Which move should I replace, or should I just forget about the Hidden Power?

Note: This is in Emerald, sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this.

Yes, the opponent lives.
You, not so sure.

It probably is, but oh well.

Get rid of Dragonbreath. HP Ice will hit most dragons harder even with less BP since dragons seem to enjoy typing themselves with a 4x Ice weakness.

Is the simplest way to catch the Lati in Emerald the same as catching the Dog in FRLG? I.e., going to a grassy patch near a house, use a max repel, run around in the grass for about 50-100 steps, and if nothing appears, enter and exit the house and repeat?
Basically, would that work?
And is the Lati affected by a repel (meaning I would have to use a lvl 40 or so pokemon at the front of my party so the Lati isn't affected)?

So you're saying I should delete my WFC settings AND delete my saved games on both Ranger and Diamond?

What if I don't want to send it to Diamond again? If I chose to send it to a different game, I'm sure that I could keep my Diamond file...
Please?

The simplest way is to trade with someone else to get the Pokedex entry. Then find it in the wild, send out a level 100 Wobbuffet holding Leftovers, and throw Pokeballs until you catch it.

Additionally, you can weaken it first if you want, but that would take more time, while this would take more Pokeballs.

I'm looking to SR for a good natured, decent IVed one, mostly for use in the Battle Tower.
And sadly, no one I know has one on a GBA cartridge. :(
Would the above method work though?

Also, about the Battle Pike/Tube thing, if you continue to talk to the nurse, does she give information on all the paths, or does she just continue to give information on one? I talked to her 5 times in a row and she kept telling me stuff about the room on the left.

Question, Drifblims Ability unburden, That effects Speed. Should I try and get that ability and Make him Beneficial with Speed, or get his other ability? Cause Unburden I can't have a item held for the Speed Boost.... I'm just wondering which would be better for a good Drifblim

Unburden only comes into effect when Drifblim uses up its held item- you don't get the boost from just using an itemless Drifblim.

Unburden: If Drifblim has no hold item, its speed increases Then This Does Not Make Since To Me....

Think about the wording for a moment, and think about the pokemon, it's a hot air balloon. When a hot air balloon drops off its sandbags it becomes lighter and thus Unburdened.

So, say, Gliscor uses Knock Off on Drifblim and it's carrying Leftovers, the leftovers fall off and Drifblim is thus given a speed boost.

Enough logic, though. The way Unburden is programmed is such that if Drifblim is carrying an item and it is removed, used, or in some way taken off, Drifblim gains a "self-only" unpassable 2x speed boost (much like a Ludicolo/Floatzel activating Swift Swim from Rain Dance). This includes: using berries, being the target of Knock Off, or having an item Thieved/Covet'd from Drifblim.

If I trade an egg that has, let's say, 256 steps left to hatch, will my friend receive it with the same amount of steps left, or will that amount reset, like how happiness resets?

@marrilpet: Dragonbreath would be the best attack to replace, and I advise that you replace it. Ice has better coverage than Dragon, and the two together are redundant.

She only gives information on one of the paths.

As long as we're on the subject of the Battle Frontier, how do you tell the good Pokes to swap for at the Battle Factory?
