Back before bearklyn got blacklisted I received a 5IV Shiny Marill (OT: Elo) and 5IV Shiny Rhyhorn (OT: Chris; which is his) in a trade from him. Now, he got blaclisted for hatching shiny eggs and then cloning/trading without the owners permission.

My question is: am I able to trade the ones I got from him or should I just keep them to myself? The Rhyhorn is definitely TSV hatched but I have no idea where he got the Marill; and whether or not both or either are full-redis. Any help would be appreciated.

If I was in your position, I'd keep them to myself. Unless you can find out for sure the original redis rights.

Thanks for the input everyone! I pretty much knew that I wouldn't be able to trade the Rhyhorn but I just wanted to make sure. I'm just gonna level up and use it myself. I'll hold out on the Marill until I find out whether or not its full-redis but I'll probably just end up leveling and using that myself anyway - won't be trading them! :)

Does anyone have a rufflet/Braviary or some other flying poke with defog that I can borrow for two minutes? Wild catch is fine, I don't care about the IVs.

Ducklett has it at Lv 6, and should still have it when encountered at Lv 13 or so. I could probably go get you one if you don't want to get it yourself on Route 7.
