When using RNG in HGSS for Roamers, why is the radio used to move the frame up? Can't I just use same method for method K pokemon by calling professor Elm (move by 1 frame), and youngster joey (move by 2 frames) to reach the goal?

Also does moving the 1 step to talk to lance move the frame at all?

i have redis rights to negator's shiny lugia (timid in a premier ball), and i'm the only one that i know of since he did it for me as a present. it was done before PID resets, so it's not absolutely flawless, but i'll post later with proof and the spread (gotta run now). msg me if you're interested though.

Personally, I would keep it. Defenses don't matter at all on vivillon; vivillon has the bulk of a piece of paper. And not even the construction paper kind.
