If i have a egg with a Shiny value of 1. And i trade it to a trainer with a TSV of 1. Would that shiny pokemon have my OT or their OT?

You could Masuda Method it... Probably more likely to get a shiny with your OT then what you're asking now :).

I mainly breed for 6IV pokemon, but this Harvest Phantump is proving to be a pain. I hatched a female, but want a male. So is there a difference in a 5iv or 6iv in battle? (Started on this stupid tree stump 4 weeks ago)
You really only need 5 ivs unless your going mixed. There is no difference, only foul play damage on special attackers.
5 IV correct spread is ideal for battle, 6IV is really only for mixed natures [Hasty, Naive, Mild etc] or for extra damage on physical/special slow as butt natures for some Pokemon 6IV Relaxed/Brave.

Unless you're going for a mixed attacker, a 5IV should be just fine. If you use a 6IV Ditto and a 5IV parent, the offspring will always have at least 5IVs so I wouldn't give up on MMing one yourself :)

6 IVs is for a mixed attacker. Otherwise, 5 IVs will do just fine.
Two 6IV parents will always produce 5IV offspring. 6IV parent with a 5IV parent still has a chance of 4IV offspring.
Just a nitpick, but a 6IV + a 5IV parent will produce at least a 4IV child.
