Helping Hand in case you want a support Hairyama in VGC, and Focus Punch if gimmicks are your kinda thing.
Those are all ya need. Unless you want stuff like Feint Attack...
Well, depending on how you want to use it/which format it will play in, these moves seem like good choices:
For Singles:
Bullet Punch - Standard, it would seem.
Chip Away - A somewhat overlooked move (IMO). Useful for those beefed-up physical walls. There are better options, though...
Counter - Maybe as a wall? Don't know Hariyama's stats...
Cross Chop - Didn't check level-up STAB moves...
Dynamic Punch - For the lols
Focus Punch - SubPunch, anyone?
Foresight - Heh, yeah right. Well, ghosties are a thing, but Hariyama has better things to
Revenge - Uhh, Scarfed Revenge Killer... I guess...
For Doubles/VGC:
Bullet Punch - Again, standard. Though be wary of Quick Guard spam...
Counter - Look up there...
Cross Chop - Look up there...
Feint - Weak ass move, but can really help with all the Protect spam in this format. Mega Pinsir uses this move much better, though...
Dynamic Punch - Look up there...
Foresight - Can be helpful for teammates that hate ghosts/evasive opponents. Again, not very useful (though, probably more useful in this format than
____singles)
Wake-Up Slap - SleepSlap
Wide Guard - Basically required for this format...

Luxury. I go for Luxury on almost all my favourite Pokemon, because they're my favourites and deserve all the comfort they can get :3

A strong Ice Shard is one of Mamoswine's draws, so I'd vote Ice Shard if you're choosing between the two.
Why not eliminate Icicle Spear in favor of Stealth Rocks? You'll have Freeze-Dry and Ice Shard as Ice moves, Earthquake for other threats, and Stealth Rock for hazards. No need for 3 different Ice moves on the same poke (plus Icicle Spear is just too unreliable on a non-skill link Pokémon for my taste). Just a suggestion.

Tatertot is right. Icicle Spear is a novelty move on Mamoswine. Ice Shard has so much more utility.
