Edit 2: Got it right. Problem was a leftover HP note from another calc.
Now for Landorus. I've got two slots for the Genies, one for the Synchronizer, Two for the Chatot, and one for the catcher (unless I combine it with the Synchronizer, but that's a lot of leveling for one RNG).
Is there any Synchronizer that can learn Surf and Waterfall? I don't have room for an HM slave to reach Abundant Shrine.

Something that came to mind for my Landorus RNG: Do WNPC's still affect the PID frame if they're offscreen? My plan is to just trigger his entrance, save in front as standard, and use the Chatot method. Is there anyway to avoid WNPCs advancing the frame?

As long as the WNPCs are in the area, they'll make PID advancements even if you can't see them.
Someone from this thread suggested that you should battle those moving NPCs to make them stop.
They do. Some can be battled as Gatsby said, others cannot be stopped once you leave the area even once. The easiest way to attempt to lessen the WNPC's advances is to click to interact (or run into them in this case) as fast as possible.

Manaphy is only available in poke ball through Pokemon Ranger & Cherish Ball through Event. You can RNG abuse for it in both cases.

What's the best ball for Modest HP Fire Xerneas? I restarted my X file; took me a day to transfer all the items / bank the monsters and then get six badges. I'm getting closer to Xerneas by the minute though, so let me know.

Moonblast: 95 BP * 1.5 for STAB
Hyper Voice: 90 BP * 1.5 for STAB * 1.3 for Pixilate (plus hits behind subs)

Just used Mega-Aggron as an example.
