I've done one, about 5 months ago (It was a love ball Chansey) and I haven't tried since.

So far the best spread I have found is 31/24/31/30/31/31.

This would take same time, as roaming RNG abuse is one of the hardest RNG abuse type and I have yet to try it out.

31/xx/31/31/31/31 works as well but if worst comes to worst that spread can work too.
