I am currently at Banette and I am unsure as to whether I will reset for Zapdos or Articuno at all this run (mainly depends on my team's stats, but it will likely be Zapdos if either of them).
If you have something with 130 or 131 Speed and you're able to wild guess its Sp.Atk (Via a damage calculator or seeing if it does a lot of damage), you're good to go for Zapdos.
