That's not 100% true; I was told I can use Powersave to catch Xerneas over & over again, in addition to getting the Wonder Cards.

Yes, it is true. Injecting a Wondercard (so long as it's region free) is not the same as editing something's gender, ball, name whatever -
One is legal to be traded (and has been since who knows when) one was always prohibited. As far as using Powersaves to back up saves, that's just, well, backing up saves. Doesn't have much to do with the editing/codes part of Powersaves, so that's irrelevant.
Editing is editing, for you to ask "can I edit-" something after I've said that "edited things can't be traded here" is kind of derp.

Hi there, is using emulators for RNG'ing considered hacking? I've been wondering about this for a while, ever since I saw someone proclaiming their hatred of hacks on a different site. Then immediately afterward, they proudly showed off some RNG'd events, shinies and perfect Hidden Power Pokemon that were done on an emulator. So yeah, basically, I'm wondering if the guy/girl/it is a hypocrite :)
Emulator RNG's are allowed to be traded here on Smogon, but it needs to be labeled as being from an emulator.
No it is not, but, if you want to trade those Pokemon here on Smogon, you'd have to claim that they were, as noted int the Wi-Fi forum rules.

These are what I could see. Of course, you shouldn't really be trusting anything that comes from showdown ^^
The ID wasn't a Typo. It was the reason I was supicious in the first place. But is there a way to check if they are hacked or not? Because Zekrom 2 and Latios are legal but I want to know if they were obtained legitimately.
There's no way to know sorry. The caches are slowly fading away...
I'd wait for a more professional opinion on the Latios, but I believe the Zekrom has been posted in this thread before (by Pokeguy I think).

Fairly certain i1338 is a known hacker...the first is probably an edit of the third to make it appear as if its not hacked

There doesn't seem to be a post here concering the latest PSaves update, so I thought I may as well share some news.
Hackers can now use PSaves to change any IV of any pokemon to 1 or 0. So, I guess that people should be extra careful when trading for those 31/0/31/31/31/0 Trick Room shiny pokemon.

Are they detectable somehow? And does anyone know if 30/31s are coming?
they can probably be detectable by looking at the pokes PID but just by looking at it in game no and they will probably get them later on
Ok, you need to stop asking about Powersaves crap. That's all you do in this thread. ANY kind of edit outside of in-game means results in a Pokémon that can't be traded here, period. Quit asking "does edit type #1337 matter?" because the answer is yes. The only valid use of Powersaves when it comes to Pokémon are cloning and save backups to encounter the same Pokémon repeatedly. With any use being disclosed.
Asking stuff that basically boils down to "what kind of shit can I get away with?" is shady as all hell.
