Definitely keep. Duskull doesn't need it's ATT, SPATT, or speed. Great job :D.

Special move Helping Hand (and Seismic Toss tutor)
Pokemon XD has pokemon that only learn those moves in XD, like Psycho boost lugia and Baton Pass Zapdos.
(And obviously helping hand duskull).
You must evolve it anyways, also to avoid missing stuff like (lol)Dynamic Punch, Mimic or Body Slam (I know your Duskull is Calm and has a shit Attack IV, but still...).
It's a real thing, I used to use one, then Bank came and ruined Glitchinja's reign of terror. I also had a Sheer Cold Machamp, which would have been great fun for farming BP in the Maison.
I'm saving Body Slam for Mega-Mence and I already used Dynamic Punch on a Metagross.

Oh ok, I thought you was able to reload saves or something to have those unlimited tutors. You don't need to save Body Slam anyways, since it can be taught both in XD and in Emerald for BP IIRC.
