Simple Questions/Requests - Mark 41 (Minor Pokemon Trades, Item Requests etc GO HERE) (NO HACKING)

I almost have the shiny charm and only need two or three more legendaries, so I don't need to request here anymore. However, I'm now looking for a female HA Bagon in a Great Ball. Nature and IVs don't matter.
Can breed some 5IV mons in matching balls
PP Ups and Maxes
Rare candies
Heart scales
Battle Maison items (I'll need time to re-earn some points)
1 Kee berry, 1 Liechi
(Quick question: I'm about to start soft resetting for the fancy and pokeball pattern Vivillons; are they guaranteed 3IVs like stationary legendaries or is all luck?)

Pokeball vivillon isn't garunted like legends it takes a lot of resetting to get anything decent good luck

They're not guaranteed any IVs, sadly

For even more clarification, it's not just the legendaries that are guaranteed 3 IVs, it's every Pokémon that cannot breed (this means that things like the Mime Jr. you find in hordes and such will also be guaranteed 3 IVs)

I just hatched a Relaxed 5 IV-Speed Muchlax while looking for an Adamant 5 IV-Special Attack one. Keep or toss? It has the Egg Moves Selfdestruct, Pursuit, Curse, and Whirlwind
