Ok...I'm not normally into stuff like this, but I think EVERYONE NEEDS TO WATCH THIS, if you havn't already. It affected me like nothing else ever has, and left me honestly scared shitless. I think it is very important that as many people as possible watch this, especially youth. Form your own opinions, and spread them to as many people as you can. I'm not going to tell you what it is about, find out for yourself.

Yes, it's that good. Please watch it, discuss I guess, though I'm really speechless at the moment. I'm disgusted that I didn't know most of this already, absolutely disgusted with everything, including myself. blah.......I hate this kind of thing, I really do, and the fact I, stonerchris the stoner, am making a thread about it should tell you something. You HAVE to watch it until the end though. This is not a joke or anything dumb. Ok I feel I've said all I can say. And yeah, this might all be complete made-up bullshit, but I don't know what the creators would have to gain from making it all up seeing as its a free 2 hour film.

...and I'm kinda expecting to be directed to a thread already discussing this which I ignored...hopefully not cause then I'd look like a real jackass.
 
Saw this a while ago too. Normally I dismiss things like this as crazy hippiness, but the sheer amount of evidence leads me find this strangely frightening. More parts 1 and 3 than part 2. Part 2 has been covered so much that nothing about it is interesting anymore.
 
This scared the fuck out of me. I'm not really sure I want to believe it, or if I even do believe it yet, but the overwhelming amount of evidence is hard to ignore.
 
Just started, there was like 15 seconds of an epilepsy square, and now there's approximately several thousand explosions reeling by. Does it get better?
 
I watched this a while ago, I didn't really believe any of it. It was interesting how many things they tried to use to convince viewers though (as in, they had a lot of "evidence" on their side).
 
I believed some of it, but part 3 I wasnt so sure about. I dont think that theres any way in hell that it would be that easy to establish absolute dictatorship status throughout the whole planet. Seriously, we're not governments bitch.

Part 1 was spouting some serious BS also. I'll never believe that Jesus never existed.

However, I will agree with most of part 2. My only complaint there is that if planes didnt hit the WTC, then what the hell did we all see on all of those 9/11 videos. Funny how they didnt mention that.

... The evidence is there, it's just up to you to interpret what the intentions of the actual people are. For example, the not having to pay federal tax IS true. You just have to choose whether or not you believe that they put the law there with the intention of robbing you of everything you're worth.

Some of it is complete stupidity as well. "The sun circling Jesus' head symbolises a crown of thorns." How the hell is the sun and a crown of thorns connected in any way?

And part 2... That's just jumping on the 9/11 band wagon. The 9th of november (We're taking back those dates!) has been completely overdone to becoming almost a novelty in the conspiracy world. Blergh... Still this is one of the better researched movies.
 
so far the soundtrack sounds like they were listening to too much final fantasy music so it's kinda hard to take seriously
 
The only part I cannot refute off handedly is the beginning, for I don't know to much about Jesus and the origins of Christianity.

But I CAN with absolutely certainty say that most everything about the North American Union is complete and utter bullshit. There will be no 'amero', and we are not forming a superstate as of now. Would we like to? Yes, Canada has unbelievable natural resources. Is it going to happen? Fuck no.

The whole bit about World War I being a product of bankers is somewhat on target, but to tell the truth it goes really far with its claims. World War I was, more or less, imperialism ending. I don't see how they can paint Wilson as some imperialist, money-hungry, power-obsessed Ruler of the US when he declined German Territory and offered up US sovereignty to the LoN after the war.

If the movie proves ONE thing, it proves that people will believe any bullshit.
 
The way the film puts forward some of these facts is excessively sensationalist, which is the worst thing to do if you want people to take you seriously. An example is the way they listed fuck knows how many 'connections' between Horus and Jesus. You can find connections between anything, it's no different to finding hidden messages in the Bible. I understand the need for it to be entertaining, but seriously, what was the point of that pretentious introduction? Bacteria evolving into humans followed by images of war and destruction. If your hard facts and evidence are so reliable do you really need to resort to taking cheap shots at the opposition, like the inverted commas used with 'crash' and whatnot? What is the point of winning over the audience with flashy effects if you so want to seek the truth? Taking a newspaper title and fading 'BULLSHIT' may be cool, but it's also immature.

I will admit I was completely sold on everything they offered in this film after watching it, but I need to do my own research and not just swallow everything they said whole. Part 2 was more credible, but it seemed that they couldn't decide between which conspiracy theory to offer, so they offered both. They went on about how the USA ignored terror alerts, but they also present the controlled demolition theory. It needed more focus.

I only watched the first hour; I'll watch the rest later. I refuse to swallow any of this until I've read up on these claims, because this film is too sensationalist to trust for one second.

What does zeitgeist mean? And does anyone know the name of the comedian in the beginning?

EDIT: Watched the rest. Read some more. The whole film seems to intentionally misinform you, but the message at the end is a positive one whatever you make of the rest.

Also, serisouly people, who cares? This looks like Loose Change only with a guy that has an older sounding voice.
 
It does seem as if it could be fabricated to an extent, however you should not dismiss that there are solid facts in the movie. It doesn't seem as if central bankers would have a plot that devious to gain control, although I was really fucking disturbed by that tax return shit.
 
You should really hold your judgement unless you actually watch the video, I doubt your reaction would be the same if you gave the time to form your own conclusions instead of conclusions based on what you've seen or heard about.
 
I can assure you all that bankers are not sitting at home, swimming in their pools of money watching big screen TVs with play by plays of Iraq, screaming 'more! more!'
 
I'm watching the video. I will post a thoughtful response when I'm done.

As for the introduction, it was ridiculous. The segway into the problems with religious institutions also pissed me off, as it basically is following the mantra: "Everyone has an agenda. Except me."

I will continue updating this post with various things about it which piss me off as I go along. Random graphics with no relevance to anything are right up there.

I'm trying, I really am. I'm going to have to skip to the 9/11 conspiracy section soon because this religious thing is driving me crazy. Lines like arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. NO! NO IT ISN'T. It is the goddamn Ichthys fish, not a pagan symbol. I don't care if you show me that other people have drawn fish in similar manners. I'm sure you could bring me a goddamn piece of cavewall with a similarly drawn fish, because that is how fish are drawn. Chris, this movie had better improve because it looks like you're wasting two hours of my life.

I had to turn it off. I guess I can't qualify as somebody who watched the video. I watched for a while, but I'm entirely sick of statements being presented to me as fact without any supporting evidence.

And no, tying 30 clips together that say "huge explosion. Huge explosions. Huge explosions. It was like bam bam bam bam bam. It felt like a huge explosion." does not count.
