This is a conversation that should have taken place before signups were posted. I'm going to delete the posts discussing this, although all of your input is appreciated, but its clogging this thread. unfixable and myself will discuss it and come to a conclusion ASAP.
 
Ok, so I think we have a conclusion:
Shell Smash / Belly Drum is now banned on Normal-types! This does not affect Glaceon, or things like Glaceon with a Normal-type pre evolution.
