Hey guys! Ox the box here with my hazard stacking stall team. I have been testing/tweaking this through months, beginning it before slowbro/mew were banned. I'm a bit reluctant about posting this team, as it gives away some of the I suck at intros so without furthur ado lets get to the team!
Chesnaught
@ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Bulletproof
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Spikes
- Synthesis
- Leech Seed
- Spiky Shield
Chesnaught is such a freaking good mon. It walls/takes on a lot of the tier and can setup spikes on most of it. I will typically lead with it, as I can spiky shield to scout what they're going to do if they're choiced, or setup spikes if the moment calls for it. Rocky helmet is to get the most residual damage on the opponent, as combined with leech spiky shield and rocky helmet they take a lot just from being in. It also makes the opponent weary to rapid spin. The 4 moves are to stay alive as long as possible, and to get as much damage on the opponent through residual support.

Florges

Ability: Flower Veil
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Moonblast
- Wish
- Protect
- Aromatherapy
Florges is mainly the team cleric. This spread is optimized to take hits from physical threats such as honchkrow, as best as I can, I have blissey to take the majority of spdf hits. The moves are pretty standard, they just support the team with wish/arom and can dish out some damage with moonblast. This mon is one of the best walls in the tier imo, as it can wall so much and wear it down with wish/protect/moonblast, and toxic support from other pokemon.

Blissey

@ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Def / 248 SpD / 8 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Soft-Boiled
- Seismic Toss
- Toxic
- Stealth Rock
Blissey is my main special wall, and rocks setter. I go with a max def/max spdf spread, as HP isn't needed and extra bulk on both sides is great. Seismic toss and toxic are great for slowly wearing down opponents, and soft-boiled keeps me alive. Stealth rock is amazing on blissey as it can set it up on nearly all of the special threats on the tier and no one expects it.
Tentacruel
@ Black Sludge
Ability: Liquid Ooze
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 244 HP / 240 Def / 24 Spe
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Rapid Spin
- Toxic Spikes
- Confuse Ray/Sludge Bomb
I am pretty iffy on tentacruel. It's main job is to keep hazards off the field. I won't typically go into it unless I absolutely have to. The main dislike about tenta is it's lack of recovery. Let's stop talking about how bad it is and talk about what it does though. Firstly, tenta keeps hazards off my field. It also sets up t spikes which is great for pressuring rapid spins/defoggers and poisoning their team for risidual. I am currently using confuse ray as it forces out a lot of pokemon, and is a way of dealing with toxicroak which otherwise walls this. I'm not using knock off because it conflicts with cress' set.
Suicune
@ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Calm Mind
- Scald
Suicune is amazing. It is my main switch-in to the majority of physical attackers. It's ability to sweep late game is just phenomenal as with +1 or +2 nothing can really kill it without drops/crits. The set is just a standard crocune set, and it is my way of dealing with opposing crocunes (pp stalling) if my cress already tricked it's item away.Ability: Natural Cure

EVs: 188 HP / 248 SpD / 72 Spe

Cresselia legit walls most of the tier. This thing is an absolute monster, being able to take hits from physical and special attackers. The 72 speed allow me to reach 336 speed which lets me outspeed
S Rank: Reserved for Pokemon that are almost flawless in the UU metagame. These Pokemon are usually able to perform a variety of roles effectively, or can just do one extremely well. Their use has low risk involved and almost always brings a high reward. Pokemon in this rank have very few flaws that are more than made up for by numerous positive traits.
Hydreigon - florges walls it, unless iron tail which suicune can deal with
Jirachi - ban this broken mon pls n thx, suicune beats it, unless sub cm which I flat out lose to, I can just hope its not psyshock.
Lucario - I can switch right into cresselia and trick it
A Rank: Reserved for Pokemon that are fantastic in the OU metagame, and can sweep, support, or wall significant portions of the metagame. These Pokemon require less support than most others to be used effectively and have few flaws that can easily be compensated for when compared to their positive traits.
A+ Rank

A Rank
Absol (Mega) - florges beats it

Infernape - tentacruel (UMG ET DUS SUMTHIN!one!!11!) beats it as long as I'm at 50% or more

1. Play safe, the obvious play is almost always the best play. The only time I start to play risky is if I have a good opponent who can predict and has hazards up.
2.Stack spikes whenever you can. Tentacruel isn't a completely reliable spinner so forcing them to spin/defog is great.
3.Protect/spiky shield unless they have a setup move. This pretty much breaks any double switches, and heals you with lefties/damages the opponent.
4.Switch into florges to wish pass a lot, even if you can switch into blissey to take a hit, go into florges unless you need rocks up.
5.Try to keep the scarf on cress to trick on something necessary such as infernape, lucario, or florges.
6. Keep suicune for late game, as it can easily sweep any weakened team.
