Hey guys! Ox the box here with my hazard stacking stall team. I have been testing/tweaking this through months, beginning it before slowbro/mew were banned. I'm a bit reluctant about posting this team, as it gives away some of the I suck at intros so without furthur ado lets get to the team!
Chesnaught
Chesnaught_XY.gif

@ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Bulletproof
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Spikes
- Synthesis
- Leech Seed
- Spiky Shield

Chesnaught is such a freaking good mon. It walls/takes on a lot of the tier and can setup spikes on most of it. I will typically lead with it, as I can spiky shield to scout what they're going to do if they're choiced, or setup spikes if the moment calls for it. Rocky helmet is to get the most residual damage on the opponent, as combined with leech spiky shield and rocky helmet they take a lot just from being in. It also makes the opponent weary to rapid spin. The 4 moves are to stay alive as long as possible, and to get as much damage on the opponent through residual support.

Florges
Florges.gif

@ Leftovers
Ability: Flower Veil
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Moonblast
- Wish
- Protect
- Aromatherapy

Florges is mainly the team cleric. This spread is optimized to take hits from physical threats such as honchkrow, as best as I can, I have blissey to take the majority of spdf hits. The moves are pretty standard, they just support the team with wish/arom and can dish out some damage with moonblast. This mon is one of the best walls in the tier imo, as it can wall so much and wear it down with wish/protect/moonblast, and toxic support from other pokemon.

Blissey
Blissey_XY.gif

@ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Def / 248 SpD / 8 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Soft-Boiled
- Seismic Toss
- Toxic
- Stealth Rock

Blissey is my main special wall, and rocks setter. I go with a max def/max spdf spread, as HP isn't needed and extra bulk on both sides is great. Seismic toss and toxic are great for slowly wearing down opponents, and soft-boiled keeps me alive. Stealth rock is amazing on blissey as it can set it up on nearly all of the special threats on the tier and no one expects it.
Tentacruel
Tentacruel_XY.gif

@ Black Sludge
Ability: Liquid Ooze
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 244 HP / 240 Def / 24 Spe
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Rapid Spin
- Toxic Spikes
- Confuse Ray/Sludge Bomb

I am pretty iffy on tentacruel. It's main job is to keep hazards off the field. I won't typically go into it unless I absolutely have to. The main dislike about tenta is it's lack of recovery. Let's stop talking about how bad it is and talk about what it does though. Firstly, tenta keeps hazards off my field. It also sets up t spikes which is great for pressuring rapid spins/defoggers and poisoning their team for risidual. I am currently using confuse ray as it forces out a lot of pokemon, and is a way of dealing with toxicroak which otherwise walls this. I'm not using knock off because it conflicts with cress' set.

Suicune
Suicune_XY.gif

@ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Calm Mind
- Scald
Suicune is amazing. It is my main switch-in to the majority of physical attackers. It's ability to sweep late game is just phenomenal as with +1 or +2 nothing can really kill it without drops/crits. The set is just a standard crocune set, and it is my way of dealing with opposing crocunes (pp stalling) if my cress already tricked it's item away.

Cresselia
Cresselia_XY.gif

@ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 188 HP / 248 SpD / 72 Spe
Calm Nature
- Trick
- Moonlight
- Psychic
- Toxic

Cresselia legit walls most of the tier. This thing is an absolute monster, being able to take hits from physical and special attackers. The 72 speed allow me to reach 336 speed which lets me outspeed something that I forgot stuff with my scarf still attached. The rest is dumped into spdf/hp for maximum bulk. Trick is a god-like move combined with scarf, as it is my main way of breaking sweepers or stall. Psychic is used to slightly hurt the oponent, but I kinda want something else, and toxic is also used to wear down the opponent.
I really hope you guys enjoy the team. Feel free to test it and leave any suggestions you have down below. Thanks! - ox the box
S Rank: Reserved for Pokemon that are almost flawless in the UU metagame. These Pokemon are usually able to perform a variety of roles effectively, or can just do one extremely well. Their use has low risk involved and almost always brings a high reward. Pokemon in this rank have very few flaws that are more than made up for by numerous positive traits.

1. Play safe, the obvious play is almost always the best play. The only time I start to play risky is if I have a good opponent who can predict and has hazards up.
2.Stack spikes whenever you can. Tentacruel isn't a completely reliable spinner so forcing them to spin/defog is great.
3.Protect/spiky shield unless they have a setup move. This pretty much breaks any double switches, and heals you with lefties/damages the opponent.
4.Switch into florges to wish pass a lot, even if you can switch into blissey to take a hit, go into florges unless you need rocks up.
5.Try to keep the scarf on cress to trick on something necessary such as infernape, lucario, or florges.
6. Keep suicune for late game, as it can easily sweep any weakened team.

fuck this team and all you stand for i'm not even going to leave a rate
ok

Anyways, this is a really solid team! Another mon I could see causing you trouble is Krookodile (particularly band or Life Orb sets) as once Chesnaught goes down, you kinda just have to bend over and let it take you :/ otherwise this is a really solid example of stall and I'll probably steal it :3

Since half of your team contains hazards (Blissey, Chesnaught and Tentacruel), spinblocker would fit great on this team. I personally recommend Froslass. It is immune to rapid spin, and synergizes with your team quite well.

Using Froslass on hazard STALL is kinda out there, maybe a bulkier ghost (Doublade or Geist ig) or one with more ability to give the team longetivity (like Sableye as boltsandbombers said)

Yeah I definitely would appreciate fitting in a spin blocker, but blissey beats most spinners and I don't have a mon I can take out.

Blissey does not beat Nidoking. And spikestacking ruins the team considering how easy it is to kill Tentacruel. And everybody else is literally Taunt bait. They already mentioned, but Sableye is pretty good on the team, put that over Cress. That would be all.

Hey man solid team, like the other people have been saying too I'd probably consider using a spinblocker over a spinner especially because every one of your Pokemon (except your spinner) has access to immediate recovery. I really think sableye would make for a solid addition to your team and it also helps a lot with your glaring weakness to Toxicroak.

Also I think having access to phazing with another mon would be great because your team doesn't really have a lot of options for breaking through substitutes and considering the number of times I've 6-0d this team with SubCM Jirachi :P. Maybe you could RestTalk + Roar on Suicune and then switch to CM Cresselia? This in addition to having a spinblocker would also really help with racking up hazard damage. Otherwise this is one of the better stall teams out there and I've seen it used to a lot of success, and stall's a hard playstyle to use right now so props for that :]

Thanks for all the suggestions guys, I'm going to try out sabyle>tentacruel. What set do u recomend? My main problem with sabyle is how frail it is and I'll need something > knock off to not mess with cress :/ Also how will I deal with spikes stack if I have it over tenta? Maybe I could run it over cress like dev said and have a trick set

If there is one Pokemon that doesn't seem to have a particular function that is necessary to the teams success I'd say that it is Cress and that is what I would swap with Sableye. Sableye can still use trick to mess up the opponent if you like that but the addition of its spin blocking capabilities are truly great.

I'd also like to suggest Aromatisse > Florges. With superior Physical Bulk, larger wishes and a useful ability in exchange for slightly less SpAtk and Spe, it can perform the job of a cleric without the interruption of Taunt and Encore whilst delivering larger wishes to your other Pokemon. And as you said that Blissey is the go to wall for Special hits, Aromatisse sponging Physical hits better than Florges can make all the difference in quite a few situations.

Ok i'll just rate this quickly since people have already had a ton of input but I think some of the suggestions are a bit off.

You should definitely use Sableye to spinblock since hazards are important to keep around but I do not think Tentacruel should be the Pokemon you forgo since Tentacruel is extremely crucial in preventing Toxic Spikes being on your side of the field as without a Spinner, Toxic Spikes does work to a lot of your team. I think you should use Sableye over Suicune and change Cresselia to Substitute + Calm Mind. I would also consider removing Florges for Mega Aggron who helps patch up not only your Jirachi and Alakazam weakness but also gives you another Pokemon to run Stealth Rock, which would free up a move on Blissey to have Heal Bell. As for changes in moveset, PLEASE run an attacking move (either Wood Hammer or Hammer Arm) on Chesnaught over Spiky Shield. While the residual damage might look appealing, if you are complete set up fodder for stuff like Mega Absol (which can do quite a bit of work to your team), you might wanna reconsider using that moveset. I would run Toxic over Confuse Ray/Sludge Bomb on Tentacruel just to be able to wear other walls down (such as Alomomola or Vaporeon) that otherwise wall your set and generally just helps dealing with stuff trying to set up on you so you can put them on a timer :]

That is all I have though, you can find the Cresselia set, Mega Aggron set and Sableye set below and yeah, good luck with your team :]]
