It's possible that it's that one but I think it had better speed. As I said I don't trade things that I didn't have some involvement in and prefer to get legendaries/other stuff from the person who it came from.
If it's anything like the USA version, you opt into e-mails/newsletters and receive them in an e-mail at a certain date.

I've decided to use Ultra Ball, it looks nice in shiny and non-shiny Girafarig. And egg move I think I'm gonna teach it Magic Coat | Mirror Coat | Wish | Amnesia/Future sight.
Have you received mail from them before? Check under your privacy options to see if theres a checkbox that says 'receive promotional offers/advertising blahblahblah'. Next check your spam filter and see if it was sent to the trash box
Can Glalie not learn Double-Edge? Serebii is seriously confusing me by saying it could by learning it through Move Tutors (FRLG) in which Glalie weren't in those games. T_T
Glalie itself wasn't found in those games, but you could trade it over from R/S/E and then tutor it there =]
You'd catch it in Emerald and then trade it over to FRLG after the Sevii Islands stuff. So it is legal.

I was wondering if anyone would be able to throw me a Haban berry or two. My friend and I are going to VGC regionals next weekend and we just realized we don't have any of them.
