Yeah, sub punch is gonna become a popular thing on console again (probably). Before it was either RNG on gen 3-4 or play showdown. GF actually did a pretty good job!

Sucks there is no Defog or gen 3 only tutor moves (I mean like double edge, softboiled, seismic toss, etc...) . Oh well. Knock off spam is still here (yay?).

Pretty sure the stuff TyranitarTube uploads is all fake from what little I've seen of his stuff.

Then explain why Hoopa and "Hoopa-M" both have different level-up moves and "Hoopa-M" having a useless ability such as Magician? It does make sense that it would be a forme change rather than a Mega Evolution, plus the information used in the video was directly taken from the data mining info.

So I love Endeavor, here are the new Pokemon that learn it:
  • Bunnelby
  • Diggersby
  • Vivillion
  • Litleo
  • Pyroar
  • Flabébé
  • Floette
  • Florges
  • Pancham
  • Pangoro
  • Furfrou
  • Spirtzee
  • Aromatisse
  • Swirlix
  • Slurpuff
  • Binacle
  • Barbaracle
  • Hawlucha
  • Xerneas
  • Diancie

Something that immediately jumped out at me was Diggersby's newfound potential. Spikes / Knock Off / Endeavor / Quick Attack, are you ready?

Agreed and honestly. ..hyper voice, knock off, stealth rock, e punches, dragon moves and special flying move tutor gives us almosteverything weve been wanting so far in x and y

It's called being "accidentally accurate". Some random guesses are bound to be true.

Fair enough, but I'm personally leaning towards it actually being a forme change rather than a Mega Evolution.
I never actually disagreed with you there (sorry if I came across that way), I was just saying your source was dubious.

Well the pastebin that has been posted shows that they have different level-up moves, so that's why I figure it may not be a Mega Evolution.

Considering the New Hoopa gets a +80 BST but also a movepool change, it's likely a Forme Change.
On one hand the differences between the two are quite drastic for a mega. Not exactly the base form plus spikes or frills or fabio hair that the other megas have been. Other than color choice, the two seem to have little to do with one another.

On the other hand it is Gamefreak and they're like "whatever, I do what I want." Plus Mega-Alakazam only got +90 so it's not like the 100 rule is rock solid (although I think the Gen 6 stat updates caused overlap there).

I guess we'll wait and see!
