So I'm confused about something. Is Diancie guaranteed to have 3 perfect IVs like all other unbreedable Pokes or no?

I believe it does but some people claim that there diancie does not have 3 guaranteed perfect ivs but mine does

Thinking about breeding HA Eeveelutions with 5IVs in fitting Pokeballs.
I'm already halfway with Bold Umbreons in Luxury Balls, now that I think about it, I could've done them in Ultra Balls lol.
What natures should I go for the other evolutions?

Naive, timid, and maybe modest for mega diancie. Quiet, relaxed, and sassy for regular diancie IMO.
