Yes, your TSV is based off your TID/SID combo so your Y cart's TSV will be different from your X and yes I will check it. :)

What is TSV? I have no idea what that is or how to check it.
Can you copy/paste which one it is so I can grab it?
It stands for Trainer Shiny Value, if a pokemon matches your Trainer SHiny Value it will be shiny if you encounter/hatch it in that game. I can check with PowerSaves and Mass Dumper, provided that you can send me a junk pokemon originating from the game you want checked.
