TTar Survive's Cress' Specs HP Fite, DD's and Crunches, which can result in a OHKO on Max attack Adamant. If I replace Leftovers with Black Glasses, Expert Belt. or Life Orb, its always a OHKO.

Armaldo is neutral to Flamethrower. It will be horribly raped if it switches in on that. The other moves are fine. It wins in a 1vs1, if Stone Edge hits.

In my eyes, for the purposes of this game, a "counter" is a Pokemon that can switch into a Pokemon, and, assuming neither Pokemon switches, that counter Pokemon will end up with at least 1 HP, and the other Pokemon will be fainted.
