Note: It took a long, long time to do this. I was really tired but the time I was done, as after days you start to get a little lazy and exhausted. I am human, and between that and my tired state I am sure I made some mistakes. If you see any, just post below and I will change it as soon as I can. Also, if you disagree with something, think a Pokemon should be on here, or think a Pokemon shouldn't be on here, post below! I encourage discussion about what Speeds are commonly run!

The first set of Speed tiers is just the Pokemon ordered by Speed. Pokemon appear more than once if they have different Speeds they commonly run. The second list sorts the Pokemon alphabetically by name, so if you are just looking for an individual Pokemon or two you don't have to look through the entire Speed Tier list.

LC Speed Tiers - Boosted Speed

Important note: If I have a Pokemon's name in italics, that means that it runs multiple different Speeds. For example, Bulbasaur is in itlaics because it runs both 14 and 15 Speed. If an EVs number has a "+" next to it, that means that it is using a positive Speed nature, and if it has a "-" it is using a negative Speed nature.

Just a quick post, I do believe that Wingull (19 speed), Goldeen (17 speed), and Rufflet (16 speed) only run max speed. Wingull can I gues also be a scarf mon (probably really bad though), however I do not think any Goldeen ever has nor should be scarved. Rufflet has a scarf set iirc as well, being 16 speed and mildly to extremely powerful.

EDIT: OP, being the Goldeen lover he is, says 15 speed goldeen is also great.

Looks like almost everything is accounted for, but I noticed that Venipede is sitting down at the 16 speed tier. Venipede has Speed Boost, so will usually be higher up with Carv/Torchic. (I know no one uses it, but it's worth a mention.)

Also DEERLING is 18 speed with Jolly and 17 with adamant :) i use it for thunder wave and aromathearpy.
