I'm assuming it's the cosplay one if those are 31s I'd keep and the defence isn't 25

Well theres no real way for me to check but at least 3 of them are 31s...I'm much more worried about the attack than the defense but thanks..think I'm gonna keep can always do it again on AS :)

It's only slightly different - Secret Power replaces Rock Smash, which is an HM in this game so you have to get the Dynamo Badge to break the rocks.

1) Yes.
2) Special (annoying) StreetPass distribution event.

All of them. Some of them, primarily the Lati, are impractical however (no sync and lack of checking IVs accurately).

You'd get IV ranges more often than other, due to the level of them (emphasis on 'accurately').

They're at points in the game where you're getting a range at best, and you can use a sync, and cutscenes...you can do it but
