Not unless VGC 15 allows legendaries (which is pretty unlikely), of if they're any future GBU competitions that'll allow them.
 
I've gotten everything I can get by myself in the Hoenndex (except Wigglytuff) and I'd like to finish it for the Oval Charm. I can trade Kadabra and Graveler to your game and back for them. I just need to barrow Sableye, Lunatone, Rhyperior, Latias, Groudon, and Deoxys. (Don't feel like SRing for the last two yet.)

My FC is 3179 6065 6936 and My IGN is Climmy

I like the Quick Ball for the effects for sending Pokemon into battle, but if you don't care about that, I'd say Nest Ball.

Edit: Not available ATM should be back within an hour. Will bump if no one offers to trade by then. I'm back.

Nest ball is the Nest ball, yes.

Joking aside, Nest works best for regular Ray, while Dusk works best for god M-Ray.

Edit: Actually, I like Dusk more for regular Ray too, the green matches better imo (plus easier to catch).

Pressure is listed as a viable abilty in the smogondex for Lugia. It actually suprised me but I guess pressure can be nice to PP stall and because its hard to keep multiscale up. Pressure Ho-Oh is 100% useless thought compared to Regenerator..

Anyway does anyone by any chance happen to have a pokemon with 173 speed and an ability that activates the second it is sent out into battle, Ie intimidate?
 
Noob question about Wild Legendary pokemon.
If I fight it, and run away, will the stats be set by then? Or will they change next time I fight it?

Example 1. I killed Groudon cause I wanted to catch him after the game. Will I still be able to RNG him?
Example 2. I found a weird portal, in it was Reshiram. I ran away. Will I still be able to RNG him later?

Yeah, you can re-encounter Groudon, after beating the E4, it's in the same place where you first met it. Same with Reshiram, you'll be able to encounter it again by beating the E4 again ( I think , not sure on Reshiram . )

HP is pretty important, especially when you're running Lead Azelf or Dual Screens, etc; I'm on the fence on this one, but I'll say toss.
 
Looking for a cloner, I have a HP Fire Magnezone (EV trained) and a HP Ice Electrike, looking for the original plus five copies back. You're welcome to have a copy of each as payment.
