yeah, I haven't cloned in awhile, so I'm pretty rusty. I did make the mistake of trying to clone with Alpha Sapphire, I have no idea if it even works on that game. I'm using my X and Y versions now, but still no luck. I might just cut it short at one clone, sorry.

It's alright, you don't need to give me anything. It's my fault really XD

edit: Got your Groudon cloned! I forgot the distant between the systems heavily impacts the timing.

Just gonna say that i managed to clone between my X and OR game, though I did remove the patches just in case. So yeah just fyi that you can clone with Sapph. ^_^
