Horrible hack. Downright laughable, events not advertised to be shiny are shiny locked. Whose offering this?

I'd say so. It's a perfect VGC Trick Room setter. Yes, you're right about the HP, but I'd argue that (TR) Cresselia really doesn't have room for it.Is there any use in this Cresselia? Been resetting this for a short while now.

Once you sell your original cart, all your old saves are useless

Hidden power is not in the top 10s used moves according to the global link stats, so I would say you just got a flawless TR cress there.. You need to keep it :P
