They're obtainable in ORAS from Secret Base pals with the "Gather Berries" skill, not SRable though so you need a bit of luck to get them.
No, but you can get one by super training. In the secret section I believe.
Make sure all your pals have Gather Berries?

The skills the pals get are based on the trainer class they chose for their avatar. Skills are learnt when your base ranks up.

Even if it has HP Ice and all, I'd toss without thinking it twice. Actually, they're a dime a dozen. If you're just looking for a 6IV Ditto, try mostthe3rd, and he has a lot of other interesting Dittos in his shop that you can ask for. Buckert's Ditto giveaway is on hold until like, tomorrow, so you can try him too (just wait til tomorrow).
