Well my idea was the Mega Ampharos with Wish so I might as well add something regarding it.

I really like Wish on this pokemon because not only is it a cleric that can deal a lot of damage, but it now can also be a straight-up wall to many pokemon in OU. Here's some calcs with a few different OU pokemon using 252 Special Attack Modest M-Amph, not even fully invested in defenses:

252 SpA Mega Charizard Y Fire Blast vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Mega Ampharos in Sun: 144-171 (37.5 - 44.5%)

0- Atk Mega Charizard Y Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Mega Ampharos: 128-152 (33.3 - 39.5%)

252+ Atk Choice Band Talonflame Brave Bird vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Mega Ampharos: 113-133 (29.4 - 34.6%)

252 SpA Mega Manectric Hidden Power Ice vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Mega Ampharos: 124-148 (32.2 - 38.5%)

Mega Ampharos can now switch in and wall all of these pokemon, as well as threatening them with some pretty heavy damage if they choose to stay in.

The problem with this is that Amph has to run WishTect to wall these pokes, as they'll 3HKO it before it can heal up. This would remove its chances of being a cleric, as both of its stabs have common immunities. Wish does improve it as a wall, but not so much as a cleric.

Oops, by cleric I was just referring to Wish user (not necessarily Heal Bell too), since Im so used to the two being almost synonymous in UU i thought cleric was just any wish user. Ill change that in the original post. But with a moveset of Wish, Protect, Dragon Pulse, Volt Switch M-Amph is capable of walling those pokemon while still investing fully in special attack. I guess another thing worth mentioning is that Protect is sometimes nice for a Mega pokemon anyways because they can use it to mega evolve safely against something that can KO, and then is able to switch in later with its mega boosted defenses/typing to take hits better

How about aerilate staraptor? Although it loses reckless which boosts it's already power double-edge, it could benefit from aerilate... Prankster Honchkrow, now I think you've seen the true power of most Pokemon with prankster (m-bannette, sableye, and baby Honchkrow itself, murkrow) murkrow already benefits from the usefulness of prankster, now imagine it, on honchkrow...

Usually we would prefer getting a slate finalized before voting starts but its just taking bit longer than we would like at moment. Voting should start before day is up hopefully so stay tuned!

And i am almost too eager to start ignoring all posts of ideas in this thread now instead of directing them to pming me, vertex, mysteria, unfixable, valmanway or lmlm (sun king) the ideas. Please dont clogg up thread in future BoxedOccaBerrys

Alright yall, double post but no matter!

Remember, to vote, bold you vote like so

Mega Ampharos + Wish

NOTE: that is just an example, not true vote!

Without further ado, vote for the candidate you want to live and stop dreaming bout...today!

Ever since The Great Hogg Jr. (and that other guy; I think his grandad) explained it to me, Tornadus-T with Competitive has really split my decision... but in the end, I have to go with Mega Ampharos + Wish. It's pros are too great and I think it'll have a more interesting and greater effect on the metagame.

I am sorry, Hogg Jr., you may smite me now

Alright, I've decided to give my vote to Competitive Tornadus by virtue of elimination. M-Ampharos is already underrated, yet I feel like Wishpassing is better left to Chansey or Clefable. Tauros is interesting, but as great as STAB E-Speed is, I don't think that is enough to save it from mediocrity. Aerialate Crobat is kinda random and doesn't really benefit it all that much. Competitive Tornadus looks very interesting on a rain team. It can switch in on a Defog, get a SpA boost, and proceed to destroy things with 100% accurate, Life Orb boosted Hurricanes. Additionally, it has other great options such as Focus Miss, U-Turn, Superpower, and Tailwind to benefit your team. Therefore, it gets my vote.

Wow did I really have to write an essay for a simple vote...

I guess this wasn't really brought up in conversation before…

Does Ampharos share a role as a Wishpassing Cleric with Chansey? Yes. Do they do the same thing? Absolutely not. Ampharos can actually hit hard, and it doesn't tank your momentum. With access to Volt-Switch, you can Wish and then switch into the appropriate Pokemon. That is something MOSTLY (Edited there) unique to Ampharos. I think it would be a godsend to any team with a little bit of bulk, and it could work well on offensive teams as well.
