I'm going to begin SRing Deoxys (searching for Naive Attack form build). I know I want x/31/x/31/x/31 for sure, but what should the lowest values I accept for each x be (only asking because of Deoxys-A's ridiculously low defenses).

Eww, not Net, the wings are actually clear, the only reason they appear blue on the gif is because of the background of the Pokedex.

EDIT: The eyes are not big enough to justify Net, and Dive is a better match for them.

EDIT: /me slaps Dark Ray around a bit with a large trout.
