Sorry, but if you want something non-cloned, it is unlikely you are gonna find it here. Try looking around at /r/pokemontrades if you dislike clones.
I agree, don't think anyone is giving you their only copy of a hard Sr'd mon. Good luck finding that though, most things here are almost always cloned, and honestly, without cloning, I don't think many trades would be made.
you don't have to soft reset on that. you just bring in a sync ralts and get the nature. and i didn't say i was looking for perfect ivs or anything.
Even then, it would probably be unlikely that someone would keep a, say, naive Tornadus with shiitake mushroom IVs. So like the guy to my left said, good luck finding one.
I don't mean to belittle you or anything but why even bother asking here or asking for a specific nature then? No one is going to give you, like espeon said, their only copy. Very few people (if any) would reset just for nature. If you're trying for a certain nature, you might as well get one with a decent spread; this is a competitive battling community after all for the most part.
