Hello,

I have noticed whenever a Serperior uses Leaf Storm, it's Sp. Atk seems to go up. Doesn't Leaf Storm lower Sp. Atk when it's used? I know Serperior has the ability Overgrow which ups grass moves by 50% at 1/3rd health or less. I just want to know why it's happening.

It has the ability Contrary, which reverses stat changes, so a -2 Special Attack drop will turn into a +2 Special Attack boost :)
 
Hi everyone. I was just looking at the tiers and ban lists and I noticed that it doesn't say anywhere that the item Soul Dew is banned, but for some reason I always thought it was. I message the Smogon page on Facebook about this, they just viewed my message but didn't reply, so I thought I should come here. So is Soul Dew banned or allowed in the ORAS OU meta after all?

Soul Dew is banned from ORAS OU :)

I honestly don't know, the tiering pages aren't updated too often and most of the stuff you'd be looking for there can be found by reading up on the forums.
 
Could someone explain Private Forums in-depth to me. I thought only badged users could paste there but then i saw this

Things like the Tutee feedback forum as well as the mentorship forum are included in this, as well as The Smog and The Player idea submissions I guess.

Does getting a warn on the forum,even if it's gone, prevents someone from getting a badge?

Nope, but it will be taken into account if it's recent or if they have a repeated history of rule breaking.
