The Starly is easy with a good Ditto, right nature etc. The Smeargle with zero speed IV is with right parent. I can breed if you need them KingHeracrossTheBug
I'm already busy with breeding, so I'll appreciate that

Looking for someone to help me move an egg from my OR to my Y, preferably someone I already have added
I can do it in about... 15 minutes? 20?

Moderator edit: Don't double post.

Looks like there's a new minigame up on the Dream World. If Serebii has its information correct, then that means that the Micle, Custap, Jaboca and Rowap berries are finally available in gen 6. While I'd normally ask for someone to please give me one of them, I don't think anyone's had enough time to grow any yet, so the chance of getting one would be unlikely. So I'll instead ask for the berries that are common in XY but rare in ORAS, because transferring them between my own games is a nuisance.

So, can someone please trade me a Liechi, Ganlon, Salac, Petaya, Apricot, Kee or Maranga berry? The only berry I think I have that's worth trading is an Enigma berry, but I can also trade any berries that you can't figure out why you don't have (I personally found those to be Cornn, Magost and Tomato, although I have all of them now).

The Pokemon holding the berries will most likely be a junkmon for junkmon trade, but I can find something from the Hoenn dex if you want.

Ok, I'll add you now and wait online, just send me a request whenever

EDIT: Still need help, Heracross is AWOL
Not just AWOL, freefalling. God bless 'Murica phones with Internet, without them, I wouldn't be in Smogon most of the time

Ball for Klefki, normal and shiny? And while we're at it, anyone got one with Switcheroo (preferably male)?

Ball for Klefki, normal and shiny?

Premier or Luxury for normal, Luxury or Ultra for Shiny.

Jumping on the bandwagon, ball for

I have a friend who played through AlphaSapphire and is done with the game for the time being; he let me borrow the game to soft-reset the legendaries for myself. He really role-played it, not catching legendaries and only keeping his 6 pokemon on his team (not wanting to imprison any pokemon in his PC :P ) so he still had his Master Ball.

To speed up soft-resetting legendaries that I don't want to use a/the master ball on, I maxed Capture O-Power, and brought pokemon to use as testers to detect good IVs. For Cresselia, my lv 76 fully trained Sableye was perfect. He was 1 speed IV short of 105 to detect a flawless Speed, and I memorized how much damage Shadow Ball would do on a max-HP/SpDef Calm Cress. After two days of chucking Heal Balls at Cresselia, today I wasn't sure if the damage was low enough for the Cress to be flawless (a mistake I've done before wasting time trying to catch one with mediocre HP/SpDef) so I chucked the Master Ball just to see what it was.

Lo and behold, the ONE Cresselia I use the Master Ball on ends up being 29/x/31/30/31/31. Ugh...I'm disappointed I wasted the Ball that would be better spent on something I can't paralyze like Thundurus, Landorus, or Raikou, and that Cress didn't end up in a pretty Heal Ball. This always happens to me! The ONE pokemon that I hatch and accidentally save before checking its IVs (so that I can re-hatch in a poetic location, like Dragonite at the Pokemon League) ends up being the flawless one.

:S Well I suppose I may as well keep this Cress since its IVs are pretty darn good. The Ball isn't THAT big a deal since its not my OT anyways, but now I wanna see if anyone has a Master Ball or two for trade so I can reset aforementioned legendaries.

If you're able to wait, I have like 10 Master Balls

For future reference, Shadow Ball doesn't do a set amount of damage...all moves except for Final Gambit and Seismic Toss have damage that varies slightly. Use those 2 moves if you want to check the HP value on a target (SpD cannot be checked for).

Edit: Here's an explanation why.

I'm aware there's slight variation in damage dealt by normal moves, but this has still been a VERY reliable method for only having to chuck balls at mons that have perfect or near-perfect IVs in HP and the respective damage. (e.g. for Sableye > Shadow Ball > Cresselia, I only try to catch it if Shadow Ball brings the HP bar down between the "L" and "v" of "Lv. 50. If it goes underneath the L at all, the HP and/or Special Defense is too low.

What if you crit?

After a while of resetting you do get used to the potential damage of keeps/tosses but in general a final gambit mon with 1 less hp is a lot more reliable

How did you exactly find that out?

If I crit, oh well. 99.9% chance that wasn't the one I was going after anyways. Final Gambit is more reliable, but its more effort, and doesn't give info on a defense stat, so that alone would double the number of that given legendary I try to catch (which can be a big deal if you're going for weak pokeballs).

How did you exactly find that out?

Trials on the first couple times I catch a legendary. When I'm testing I'll chuck masterballs at it to get a good sample quickly, then once I've gotten a couple that were flawless HP/either defense, I just remember how far it went.

Usually I do this with False Swipe on my Scizor for pokemon that aren't fragile (like Suicune or Cresselia), but I just happened to be using Sableye for speed testing, and Cresselia just happened to be bulky enough to take a Shadow Ball, so I rolled with it.
