Posting again about a female Cloud Nine Lickitung/Lickilicky in a Dream or Heal ball. Stats and nature are not important.
Does Cloud Nine have a message that pops up at the start of the battle if there's no weather in effect? I'm pretty ignorant on the subject, and it would save some time if I can just run from a hoard if a message doesn't appear.

I can help breed you a Lickitung in a Dream Ball if you don't mind waiting a bit. And to your question, yes, you'll be alerted to the ability regardless of whether or not there is any weather in effect.
This may not be the right place to ask, but I was joking around in Pokemon Showdown. I said that my Latios had Dark Void, but I was 100% joking. It said I was reported for hacking and when I hit CTRL-W, the window closed. Will I be IP banned? Is there any way I can fix this?

Sounds like someone was overreacting. I'm not sure how that will play out, but I don't think you would be banned for something like that. I'm no expert though.
They're probably just kidding around, you're fine. Ctrl+W closes tabs/windows on all web browsers, it's a joke.

Did we ever get the last HA Unova starter? Both Serebii and Bulbapedia claim that it's been available since the 5th, but the projected serial code does not work.

I'm looking for a Quiet Dialga, preferably with decent IVs for a special-attacking Trick Roomer, for use on my Generation Showdown team. Any help anyone could be in supplying or pointing me in the right direction would be much appreciated. I can offer numerous in-game legends, and breed most regular Pokemon to specifications, including HGSS balls, such as Absol in Moon Ball, Weedle in Fast Ball, Buneary in Level Ball, etc.
