-Great Special Bulk
-Can support the team in wish
-Mostly outclassed by Lickilicky/Togetic
-Resistance to focus blast and neutrality to electric/ice type moves gives it a slight niche
-Reliable recovery differs it from Grumpig
-Insomnia allows it to switch in on sleep powder inducers
-Access to thunder wave allows it to cripple offensive pokemon

You should do the format like you did with Golduck, Pokey-Man, ie this format. The moves should be capitalised and look like this:

move 2: Protect

Also the overview should be done in bullet point form till you get to 2 QC checks, then you may write it up.

Also heal bell deserves a mention as a slash in move three, and i dont see a need for zen headbutt, as psychic is stronger, and zen doesnt even hit ninetales for much more damage

Okay.
Hypno doesn't get heal bell unfortunately, and I only put zen headbutt because it can kind of paraflinch with thunder wave.
 
no to the above set, it's too weak and doesn't really make the most of Hypno's assets. ManOfMany please finish this skeleton, or I will have to reassign. You have 48 hours of course.
