Yeah also, how do you know that these people don't have irl issues that came up during the SPL period and they'd rather focus on more important stuff than making a meaningless effort?

it's pretty simple, they'd tell their manager that they have irl issues that they need to focus on. if you actually communicate your issues with your team then nobody gets pissed?? i'd love it as a manager if all 12 people who i feel are my best starters could play 9 weeks in a row, but that's never been the case and never will. i've always said real life > pokemon whenever someone asks me if they could sub out for x amount of time.
