ORAS OU help for my first team

yo guy, tell me some opinion for my first oras team in oras

M-gallade

I choose M gallade because in my team miss fight, psyco tipes. This pokemon is my last choice because i havent fight pokemon and i want an ice moves for defeat dragon tipes and also ground-flyng tipes such as gliscor or landorus

excadrill
jolly-choice scarf
ability: mold breaker

rock slide
I use excadrill for fight against fairy pokemon and i use rock slide for defeat charizard-y or talonflame. Rapid spin is for to get rid by stealth rock that is very dangerous for my togekiss.

I choose chandelure for his moveset, this pokemon was a grass , fire and ghost moves and use this three moves for defeat dark,ghost,psyco (whit shadow ball) grass,steel (with flamethrower) and more important he have energyball that is super effective against earth-water types such as swampert

Togekiss is my stallbreaker because with air slash can do stagger pokemon, the another important move was heal bell because i use this moves for heal my team by status, nasty plot is for increase his damage amd rost for cure

Rotom was my physical tank and i use he for behin my battle , because he have volt switch and can "escape" by the battle, if the avversary use earth pokemon i ise hydro pump and for this is a good opening pokemon, will o wisp is for reduce the physical damage and rest is for cure rptom and for allow to resist more

Sylveon in my special wall, i choose these pokemon for his high spD and his moveset is based on his resist, wish is a good moves because i use it for cure also other member of my team, for example togekiss that hit by stealth rock

EVs for Togekiss? Also recommend sashing the Excadrill and working in some entry hazards if you feel like it.

ops, togekiss have 252 hp/252 speed/4spa,my question is if can i put in my team a pokemon with move such as spikes or stealth rock without remove more types or if my team can remain so
i usually open the battle with rotom, i search a pokemon for opening my battle with moves written aboves or let me know if these moves are useless for my team

You could swap Excadrill for Hippowdon or Rhyperior. Capable of hazards and an effective walls.

But without excadrill i havent a super efective pokemon against fairy tipes
