Simple Questions/Requests - Mark 46 (Minor Pokemon Trades, Item Requests etc GO HERE) (NO HACKING)

upROAR glad to see you're using the guide I linked you to correctly! A word of warning, if an important stat is below ~25 then people here will quickly tell you to toss. 26-29 is when it really becomes worth asking. 30-31 is basically an auto keep, unless the speed is 30 instead of 31, as that is the absolute most important stat to have perfect to make sure you can reach certain speed benchmarks when EVing. Most keep/toss requests tend to be like 31/x/25+/31/25+/31. Remember, you're guaranteed to get 3 perfect stats, if you don't have 4 it's generally not worth asking.

Also, even if you follow the guide perfectly, you're not guaranteed to get something perfect, since the guide only shows you how to check HP and Speed. Don't be afraid to try again just because the first thing you caught wasn't perfect :)

Looking for a Hitmontop and Meloetta for pokedex! Can offer metal coats, various other items, or something else if you're not interested in items.
 
Can O-powers of a type be stacked? Like, could I use both Capture Power 3 and 2 to get both boosts on a capture?
 
Besides Scyther, are there any other exclusive 3rd gen pokemon that can only be caught in safari ball? I can only think of (shiny) teddiursa/ursaring.

Probably wrong about and/or missing a few since this is mostly from memory, but Natu, Pikachu, Aipom, Spinarak, Gligar, Ledyba, Snubbull, Remoraid, and Miltank.
