PSA: Shiny Arceus has been added to Datel Powersaves. This is an injected wondercard so do note, Shiny Arceus popping up in future could be injected.
Even for personal battle usage... I would toss as it's Defences are too frail IMO. Also, it can't have any of like its best HPs.
Without exact IVs the HP is a little harder to determine, but if it was like E/O/O/O/E/O it would be HP Steel. I think other main results are HP Ghost.

If the in-game Latias has anything less than 96 HP, (28+) toss immediately. This Latias isn't even worth asking the keep/toss question, let alone figuring out the Hidden Power type. (Fire's its only useful type, because Ferrothorn/Scizor)
It has been possible for people that use the browser exploit to inject it for a day or so. I don't know if it's the same date (or even if the PS one is real).
But like Esmeya said, most of the time it should be pretty easy to spot an injected WC Arceus.
That only lists the place to encounter something at the lowest level in a specific ball, I know at least a few of those (Poliwag, Dratini, Girafarig) are available at higher levels in 4th gen SZ.

My synchroniser is bold, but when it first failed on a good spread the nature was modest :) I plan on using this for VGC and I am wondering if Modest is any kind of viable, because although it lacks some bulk, it has more offense, which makes it need less EV's in SPatk, and those EV's could then be used in Def. Also wondering if it has any trade value, or if the not perfect Hp kills it's trade value. Sorry for asking so many quetions about it, I just want to know for sure before I decide, so keep or toss?
Edit: Just figured out, the HP is sadly 28, but does it still have any trade value?

Modest is absolutely viable for VGC, and so I think it's a great personal keep. It would have more value if the HP IV was 29, so check on that. Congrats though!
Does anyone have a copy of Buckert's SR Smeargle to SR a Modest Zapdos?
Is there any way to check if the HP is 28 or 29?
Edit: Nvm, I guess it is giving it 4 EV's in HP to see if the stat goes up, and then use an EV-reducing berry

You don't really need HP Fire on Diancie beacuse of Earth Power in ORAS, just saying because that makes a good Diancie easier to find :)
